Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square

The property is in an excellent spot, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and Prague’s main attractions. Many places are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, I felt it offered good value for a 4-star property. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the staff was disappointing. They were not particularly welcoming or helpful, which was below the standard I would expect from Novotel. I have stayed at several other Novotel branches, and this was the first time I felt the level of hospitality was lacking. I was also surprised that umbrellas were not available for guests. Prague’s weather can be quite unpredictable, and I would expect a 4-star property to provide such a basic amenity. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well situated, but the staff’s attitude and the lack of some basic guest amenities could be improved.

Amazing hotel lovely place and the hotel is very clean and super. I advice staying in it. Near all the things.

My every visit to stay in Prague, simply the best in terms of location, Value

fantastic and quick service, scrupulously clean room, and even gave us complimentary wine and chocolate for a birthday. very attentive staff from reception, cleaning and room service.

The parking is very nice and handy, but their system was down so it was a hassle to drive my car out, location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful

Value for your money . Nothing fancy and not overpriced. The staffs are very nice

The location is fairly convenient, and most of the front desk staff I met during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, the staff member handling my checkout seemed a bit cold and unapproachable, which made the experience slightly uncomfortable. The room felt quite stuffy, and it was hard to breathe at times. Opening the window helped a little, but it also brought in noise, which made it difficult to rest.

The atomospher is nice, located next to IBIS hotel. Amenities can be ordered with QR code, like teethbrush, slippers, tewels and pillows.

Amazing services and great view from the hotel room. Perfect
