HD Parque Cristobal Gran Canaria

Stayed here 14th Jan for a week, can’t fault the hotel and accommodation. I’m putting this at the top as I know it’s what some people look for,, i did not see one cockroach in the accommodation or the hotel grounds it’s kept super clean. We were B&B as we like to eat out, only ate breakfast once and wasn’t because of the restaurant or the food, more the parents not watching kids as they picked up pancakes and put them back,, once I seen it that’s it with me!! Was a canny few kids just being allowed to wonder around the food area not being watched as they pick and touch, not the hotels fault, parent issue. Bungalows - a great idea, with a spacious seating area at the front of them with two sun loungers and table/chairs - great that they are all positioned facing south to south west so sun on them pretty much all day, nice and clean can’t fault it, plenty of space for clothes etc, hangers, beds comfortable and pillows, cleaning thoroughly done, the manager i take it of the cleaners walks around checking on them, although couple of days our cleaner seemed to miss cleaner out patio area but yet we watched her do others, again not bothered really but strange. Big TV great WiFi we took our fire stick connects no problem, only downside is the pull out bed in the living room becomes the sofa really and isn’t the most comfortable to sit on, safe in room (need to pay for it), electric stays on inside the bungalow so can leave air con on, there is a air con unit in the living area and also the bedrooms, use the same remote for them. **cleaners don’t clean or new towels on a Sunday** Pool - plenty of sun loungers to choose from no matter the time of day but that could be because it was January, pool absolutely freezing - heard a few saying it’s meant to heated, maybes they do later on in the season, but again it’s a big pool and we expected it to be cold in January so again not a hotel fault just more for information. Sun loungers are comfortable just make sure you have the back fully clip in or you’ll end up vertical like me self Supermarket - 10 to 15 seconds from The pool area to get too, you use your wrist band to open the gate (same wrist band opens your bungalow door - a great idea) saves carrying a card around, we just ran back and forth to the supermarket for drinks and snaps and back to the sun lounger. Staff - all friendly and polite Animation team - like the staff all friendly and never stop always doing something. Outdoor fitness gym, always classes on plenty of stuff to do, I seen body combat, spinning, boot camp etc seems they are on morning and late afternoon 4pm Another great idea is there is a card in your room if something breaks you tick the item and hang it on your front door (I’ll attached a pic) Another tip when heading out or should I say returning at night, there is two options out the front of the hotel but it’s alleyway and out the supermarket way which takes you into a Main Street, reason I mention this is when retu

Clean and well kept hotel and bungalows. The pool areas were amazing and the different activities were nice, aqua spinning etc. Only minus was that the buffet venue was noisy and the pigeons walked on the terrase tables eating leftovers, so couldn't eat breakfast outside.

We have just returned from 9 days here staying in Emblem accommodation with a jacuzzi in the garden. We really wished we had booked for longer as we loved it there. I have never been to a resort and felt more safe, it is very family friendly and offers great facilities. There are 2 main pools and 3 kids pools with slides, a zip line, 2 parks, a multisport court, arcades, a sports bar, a number of restaurants serving the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive, such variety and so fresh. The gardens were immaculately kept and everywhere was so clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned and maintained. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The kids club looked great although we didn’t use it. I would really recommend this place for a family friendly relaxed holiday. The only things I would change is to add flood lights to the sports court so the children can play after dinner still and have the entertainment start and finish a bit later as we missed a lot of it while we were having dinner and then everything was finished by about 10.30. Great place though and would definitely return and we had fantastic weather for this time of year, high 20’s everyday and no need for a jacket in the evening.

Could not fault or recommend this place any more as the time spent here has been phenomenal Brilliant experience made some fantastic friends all the staff ,animation ,and bar staff have been very welcoming especially my good friend from behind the bar eduardo (the 1 with the moustache) haha what a guy .the rooms are fantastic easy access no stairs and not far to walk to anything you need loads of stuff to be getting on with through the day .Once again thank you

Arrived on the Saturday evening check in was easy and reception friendly we had the room upgraded with no extra charge, we got given a map to find the room which was a bit of a task to find, only issue was finding the room it would help if the numbers were on the side of each room instead of just the front would make it a lot easier to find in the dark , after eventually finding the room it was lovely and everything we needed. Bar staff were friendly and entertainment was good. We were all inclusive which is worth while for the drinks as prices seemed expensive food was ok plenty of choice at breakfast ,lunch and dinner only criticism i had was some of the food was basic and not hot enough but maybe that’s just personal preference. Overall the hotel is clean staff are very friendly entertainment is good and plenty of activities on during the day from adults too kids. I would book this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel fantastic room The emblem food and room upgrade was fantastic and well worth it. a shout out to Erika and her team who look after us very well. The only and very big down fall was the bar staff did not know the emblem drinks menu and you could only get it on your phone and didn’t always want to have the phone at the pool Surly it’s the bar staff job to know the menu
