What a fantastic week we had here. The kids and us loved it. After reading reviews here on the run up to going we became nervous about what to expect and I have no idea what any of the bad reviews are talking about. The staff are all lovely and were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was polite and happy. Especially Eva on the bar. By far one of the nicest people I have met. The water slides were great and kept both kids 5 and 13 entertained all day. We only saw them when they were hungry or needed Suncream topping up. There were plenty of sun beds through out the day never had trouble getting enough even in the sun which was great. The main pool and kids pool by the bar and restaurant has lots of space and bed. At the water park there is a smaller pool and a toddler splash park as well as the slides with plenty of beds. We went all inclusive and everything was included, water park, towels, sunbeds, snacks, unlimited ice cream much to the kids delight and all drinks including cocktails. Never waited long for a drink especially if you wanted beer as it’s on tap you help yourself too. Food was great with fab selection that would vary slightly each day although the kids lived off pizza and chips the whole week. Rooms were fab, great size. Two sofa beds one with a trundle in living room along with wardrobe, table and chairs and kitchenette with everything you would need including waters in the fridge on arrival. Bathroom off the living room and great size bedroom, very comfy beds and en-suite. Balcony was a nice size and over looked the adults only pool which was a good size and again always had plenty of beds. The hotel is right on the strip but very quiet at night and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic stay and would definitely come again and recommend.

Not impressed at all unfortunately. We paid 5k for a week halfboard 2 adults 2 children and a baby. Asked for 2 rooms together as we booked 2 rooms. We got offered one room which was not big enough so we kept 2 rooms but we’re far apart. Rooms were clean but not anywhere near as good as I thought. Water park I was pretty pissed as was only free if you was all inclusive(small print) otherwise 10 each a day. For 5k half board and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was really angry about this and also 100% not worth going in there just a couple of small slides you get stuck on. There is one pool no sunbeds free all day and no one around who will get you one. Sister hotel across the road is much nicer but still no sunbeds. Entertainment was pretty non existent and not much better over the road, no evening shows as such. Area is pretty poor, not much to do in the evenings apart from look around same old shops and go to a bar to kill some time. Beach is naff. Best thing we done was hired a car to get away from the place. Absolutely gutted last holiday we can afford for ages and it’s been a real disappointment. Wanted to come home after day one. It’s no more than a 2k holiday feel we have been completely robbed. Also don’t forget it’s local taxes 70 euros per room so for us £140! Extra.
