LullaBella Hotel Patong

Our second time staying in this hotel. Great service, excellent location, 8-15 minutes to Patong and Karon beaches, lots of great restaurants around. Love the swimming pool on the rooftop.

Hotel staff is fantastic , little far from main place but that area also having bar . Can rent motorbike.from hotel 350 bath

Our stay at LullaBella was just great! Super clean!nice hotel rooms, comfy bed and pillows! Everyone in the hotel was super nice and helpful! Nice location away from all the hustle of Patong, but still very close to all attractions. We loved the pool with the view and nice cafe 🎄 special thanks to the amazing lady at the front desk Fon! She was very friendly and professional! We will definitely come back again if we travel to Phuket. And recommend this nice hotel to friends.

Staff were lovely, 15 mins walk from the beach & easy accessible to all else. Hotel on a hill so not great if you have bad knees. Room had ants and a slightly unpleasant smell & bathroom blinds were filthy, definitely needed a good scrub.

Very happy with my stay. The room had everything I needed and it was great to have a balcony with a view of the mountains and surrounding areas in Phuket. Easy convenience to nearby shops and walking distance to Jungceylon and other areas. The rooftop pool was great and maybe a lounge or two more would be great. I loved that they had a cafe up there too. The staff were so lovely and sweet and I would happily stay here again.

Unacceptable Overcharging and Unfair Policies My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I initially booked two rooms at a daily rate of $40 total ($20 per room). However, when I needed to stay just three hours past checkout time, they charged me an outrageous $85 for those three hours alone - more than DOUBLE the cost of an entire day's stay! This excessive charging policy is completely unreasonable and feels predatory. To make matters worse, they also refused to return my security deposit without providing any explanation. The rooms themselves were basic, but no level of service could justify this kind of financial treatment. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this establishment or, at minimum, get all charges in writing before booking. The management seems to take advantage of guests who need minimal flexibility with their checkout times, and their deposit policy appears deliberately vague. Save yourself the frustration and financial surprise - choose accommodation with transparent and fair pricing policies instead.
