The owner, who has assisted me upon my arrival in Paris, is a very wonderful and cheerful man. He took on my luggage deposit for three days before my actual stay in Paris. But what really disappointed me is that I could not have a hot water for my morning tea which I take together with my medicines. They don't have water kettle, which I miay have missed during my booking, but nevertheless they should have accommodated my request in the morning for a cup of hot water which most of the hotel I stayed during this trip in France, Portugal and Italy was able to provide. They have a coffee machine that can dispense hot water but when I approach the desk at 6am, he was very irritated because he was laying down and sleeping at the couch of the lobby. He vehemently said "no, we don't have hot water for your tea"! A simple gesture that could have been accommodated since I was a guest and deliver a good memorable stay at Unic Renoir Saint Germain.
The location was wonderful. It is between two metro stations and have many small cafes, bistros and restaurants. Also a walking distance to Monoprix supermarket.
Breakfast at 13euro was a bit much for a selection that does not provide a hot selection. It was the typical complimentary breakfast you get anywhere in Europe. There is a small decent and quaint cafe that have hot breakfast selections just a minute walk that has breakfast from 10euro-13euro. I saw this option when I was leaving :(
