離機場很近的一個酒店 衹需要三分鐘車程， 酒店旁邊有巴士可以到市區， 早餐不錯，前台工作人員很熱情，旁邊有一家餐廳，用餐方便

Una cama súper cómoda que es muy importante para el descanso. Personal súper, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Hay un restaurante y puedes tomar un tentempié o algo más elaborado. En resumen todo ha estado muy bien.

El personal muy agradable y las instalaciones muy limpias.

There are a number of reasons why I would not stay with this hotel again. 1. One of our bags was stolen from hotel. I blame the hotel for being careless, but the real blame is with Accor, the hotel owners for not having a strict policy re storage of guests luggage. We checked out of the hotel & asked if they could mind our bags. I left the bags with the staff member at the reception desk (where they stayed). I assumed they would put the them away from public traffic, or at best in a locked room. We went to the running of the bulls, when we returned one bag was gone. After several hours hotel received CCTV footage which confirmed our bag was stolen. Apparently, 2 males entered the hotel, tried to go upstairs, but couldn't without a room key & then as they were leaving, casually helped himself to my bag. We travel a lot and have never had this happen before. We travel light, so half our clothes, all travel documents, car keys & house keys, gone. Worst of all our prescription medication was gone. everything they took was useless to the thieves, you would think that even these individuals would understand the inconvenience & trauma they cause & leave the bags somewhere where they could be found, once they take what they want. I must say, the hotel manager Gabriel, was brilliant, we did look for the bag and he did personally take us to the doctor & 2 pharmacies to replace our medication. He also organised a police report. We also missed our bus to our next destination & he one of his staff drive us there. Thank you Gabriel & staff & I am sorry my review could not be better. Its a pitty, The hotel itself was quite good, clean & comfortable. The down side for us was that the hotel is located in Noain, a half hour bus ride to the centre of Pamplona, which was a real inconvenience. It did not offer complimentary breakfast, which all Ibis Styles hotels I have previously stayed at do (they did have a nice coffee Shop next door which offered reasonably priced breakfast & lunch, food there was quite good, they also had a restaurant on site). If not for the issue with the bags, this would have been a reasonable stay.
