Globales Palmanova Palace

We are returning to the Globales Palmanova Palace for our 4th time in June 2025, We have a fab time there and such great value for money, food is good as are the drinks, even had caviar one day, great quality for a very affordable price, pool areas great and pool side food was too,

Stayed at this hotel 21st June to 5th July Lovely welcome from reception on arrival. The rooms are kept very clean by the cleaning team. We were concerned about previous reviews of the food but we had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and lunchtimes we ate at the snack bar. The pool area isn’t massive but there are plenty of sunbeds available. Special shout out to Alex the pool lifeguard- friendly and always helpful. The animation team are brilliant. Ask if you want to join in but won’t push if you say no. The bar staff are so friendly. Big thanks to Rosario who helped me with my Spanish and Karina who gave me a lovely hug when we were leaving. We were all inclusive. The only alcoholic drink I like is Amaretto but this wasn’t included. We had to pay for this (although it is cheaper than bars outside). Can’t understand why it is not included. It might be helpful if the food labelling of the meat dishes in the restaurant was a bit clearer. The lamb shank we had was lovely but we guessed that was what is was as it wasn’t labelled! Overall we had a lovely 2 weeks

First and foremost, the staff were helpful, friendly, and polite — a real credit to the hotel. Their service was the highlight of the stay. However, this is not a 4-star hotel by any reasonable standard. The property feels tired and basic, and the food was more reminiscent of a school dinner canteen than anything you’d expect from a higher-rated hotel. I was so underwhelmed that I seriously considered switching hotels mid-stay. The clientele was mostly either under 30 or over 60, and the younger group made for some sleepless nights due to thin walls and noise. I’ve stayed with the Globales chain a couple of times now, but this experience has confirmed that it will be my last.
