WorldMark Oceanside

Worldmark cannot be trusted. We had their timeshare for 20+ years and exiting is impossible. We are 80+ and disabled now. The wait time on the phone is long, not to mention the person who answered is some overseas worker with no authority and little English. First, however, we wrote them a nice letter asking to be released and then two months later they didn't even acknowledge receipt of the letter when I called. Horrible people taking advantage of old people. Properties are fine, nice even. You're better off just paying for a normal hotel and not selling your soul to impersonal corporate leeches.

The room was dirty. The bed had a metal sticking out of it, which caused me to cut my ankle, leaving a 2 inch cut on my ankle. Honestly, one of the worst experience ever I will not ever use Worldmark as a hotel.

The pool, hot tub, and ammenities were great. The basketball hoop was broken upon arrival, but they had ordered a new one and had it installed immediately. Parking was easy- we always had a spot. Alex at the front desk was the best!

Pool was nice. Hot tub crowded as you'd expect. Staff was nice. Balcony was ok. Looked like it probably had a little water damage. Grill was a super amenity. Fireplace as well. Rooms were super clean. Beds were super comfortable.

It was definitely a hard sell for a time share. After they realized we would not be signing up the staff was not as friendly

Had a very pleasant stay staff super friendly walking distance to Harbor

Clean room, very spacious. Great patio facing the harbor. Much to see and do within walking distance.

room was spotless and staff was fabulous -Scott at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with a situation. His kindness is much appreciated.

Great resort super close to both beach access and harbor. We were less than a two minute drive from both. The pool was warm, but the hot tub was dirty. Make sure to bring towels from your room, as there are none by the pool. We were offered complimentary drinks when checking in. Expect a $250 hold on your card for five days as well at this point. The communal club house is free to use. The room was huge, two bedrooms, two baths and having a kitchen is always great when traveling, as is the gas grill on the patio. We could have comfortably invited two more couples along to stay in our unit. We didn't realize how close the metro ran to the hotel, so we'll be exploring that transportation option from Antelope Valley on our next visit. Great home away from home.
