Front desk lied and said because of a “system problem,” my name was not in the system to show my reservation. Even after showing him my reservation with the correct name on my phone, he was very dismissive and told me there was no reservation under my name and there were no more rooms available. Suddenly as his manager comes, he has a room for me but instead of giving me the King size I booked, he DOWNGRADED me to a queen size room, which in fact turned out to be full size room. I believe he gave my King size away to someone and did not care about me getting a room.
