Bilyana Beach Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Old Nessebar was beautiful. Came late in the year so a couple of things to do were closed however it was our choice to come late so nobody’s fault. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so great. Also the food was delicious.

Very clean hotel , lovely rooms , right on beach with free sunbeds . Only complaint food could have been a bit better , however managed to find something to satisfy us . Staff also very pleasant and handled any slight queries we had efficiently . Would defo go again

Our stay was pleasant , well situated with beach nearby but the food wasn’t the greatest, not much variety and always cold. The staff was very pleasant, our chamber maid on 4 th floor always smiling and aiming to please. but one girl at the bar at restaurant couldn’t crack a smile. Not much animation ….music and dance , bingo thru the week. Shopping nearby with a 5 minute taxi or bus ride to Nesebar. Overall… vacation with friends was our highlight and our 10 day stay was pleasant .

Lovely hotel right on beach with free sun beds,great choice of food.staff lovely also you get 2 bottles of water every day and drinks in fridge replaced if used.Free safe and air conditioner and there’s an ironing room in corridor’s.Bars and restaurants near by and 15 minutes to Nessebar old town which is beautiful you get beach towels but they are a bit small

We had a late arrival but were greeted with a lovely refreshing drink and very welcoming staff , the bell boy took our luggage up and we were on the 6th floor , in our room were 2 plates of food and bottled water which was very welcome.. I'm not going to put this into sections as I could not find fault with anything . Everything was fantastic, from the room , staff , food , entertainment, and even the local area . Little touches were water , soft drinks, and beer replenished in your room daily, along with toiletries . As long as you're prepared to participate, there is so much to do, After breakfast a swim in the pool , then water aerobics followed by a friendly game of darts , lunch by the pool , few hours topping our tans , 4 o'clock spar , a swim in the indoor pool before returning to our room to change for dinner , evening had some sort of entertainment mainly live music which was a nice way to end the day . We spent a day looking around Sunny Beach, which only cost 2 lev , plenty of gift shops , restaurants, etc I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff in the hotel , what an amazing job you all do and the hotel is a credit to you , but special thank-you to our daily house keeper GERI what a lovely lady she is , always happy and cheerful, also the animation young lady KATYA fantastic job keeping the oldies entertained during the day ( us included ) lol .... All round fantastic week away
