"Unfortunately, a disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work until the following morning, and the biggest issue was the lack of privacy. Checkout was at 11am, yet just after 9am staff scanned their key, opened our door and looked into the room while we were asleep. Then at 9:27am they rang the doorbell and said, “Oh, you’re still in the room… when are you leaving?” After a huge amount of travelling, we were exhausted and trying to sleep. Being entered on and rushed almost two hours before checkout was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Definitely not the experience we expected from The Sebel."

"I stayed in a mixed dorm and had a really nice stay. The room was set up like a small villa, with queen-size beds and a bunk bed. I was lucky to share the room with two women, and we all slept really well every night. There was a shower and toilet inside the villa, and also a sink inside the room, which was a little unusual, but it worked fine. The resort has a pool, bar, and restaurant. The food was good — I especially liked the chicken noodle soup. The staff were also very sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay."

"A fair amount of US dollars was stolen. They were a pro, leaving small bills behind. It might have been my fault for leaving my bag for a while in the capsule-style bed separated by a curtain, as shown in the photo. However, the hotel's response after the theft was awful. The staff weren't doing anything. It was their fault for not letting me use the lockers, even though they had them. There weren't enough lockers for the number of beds, so I couldn't use them. At first, I was envious of the lazy, tropical work ethic, typical of Fijian life, but now I hate it. Next time, I'll have to carry everything with me when I shower."
