Casa Seis Siete

Absolutely lovely three-night stay at Casa Seis Siete. Our room (201) was one of the most breathtakingly gorgeous hotel rooms we’ve ever experienced. Breakfasts were generous and always delicious. We appreciated the complimentary water in glass bottles - so much better than plastic! - in addition to filtered water from the kitchen on demand. Wi-Fi is fast - fast enough to stream our favorite shows on the room’s TV without any issues. Being able to contact staff over WhatsApp is a nice touch. Keep in mind this is a very small hotel and unexpected staffing shortages can sometimes affect basic services, e.g. one morning the chef was out sick and we were directed to have complimentary breakfast at their sister hotel (Brick Hotel) a few blocks away. But I would expect this is not a common experience, and it didn’t affect the quality of our overall stay.

We recently stayed at Casa Seis Siete for a retreat, and it has become my favorite hotel in Mexico City. It is a stunning villa converted into a boutique hotel, so you have the hospitality of a hotel with the privacy of a private Villa. We absolutely loved working with Gabriela, the manager. She was reachable whenever we needed her to help with any requests. The daily breakfast, particularly the chilaquiles, was so delicious. I loved sitting in the patio dining area, enjoying a scrumptious breakfast surrounded by greenery and the sound of birds. Additionally, the hotel allows you to be in the heart of Roma Norte but in a quiet corner, close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough to get a restful sleep. Room Tip: I highly recommend the penthouse suite if you can splurge. If access to a kitchenette is a top priority, room 102 is your best bet. But my favorite room is room 201—it has big French windows, a stained-glass window, and a gorgeous closet.

We had a great time at Casa Seis Siete! We will definitely be back. The location is amazing and Gabriela was super helpful! She helped us plan our daily outings, gave great restaurant recommendations and made the reservations for us as well.

We stayed in Room 101, a beautiful and cozy space that truly made us feel at home. The property itself is peaceful, elegant, and has a welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation. Additionally, the staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Eduardo, Michelle, and property manager Gabriela, who were always attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was simply perfect, adding even more to the overall experience. Without a doubt, we will return, and we'd love to stay in all the rooms in the future. Highly recommended!

Michelle, The Chef – A Culinary Masterpiece Every meal prepared by the chef was a work of art. Using fresh, local ingredients, she crafted dishes that were both visually stunning and absolutely delicious. Each breakfast reflected her passion for food and commitment to excellence. Dining at Casa Seis Siete felt like eating in a five-star restaurant with the comfort of home. We loved her chilaquiles! Isabel, The Housecleaner – Unsung Hero The housecleaner deserves a standing ovation for their meticulous attention to detail. The property was spotless and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. Each time we returned from a day of exploring, the house felt fresh and inviting, with thoughtful touches like perfectly fluffed pillows and neatly arranged personal items that made us feel pampered and cared for. Overall Experience Casa Seis Siete is more than just a place to stay – it’s a sanctuary where every need is anticipated, and every moment is crafted to perfection. The property itself is breathtaking, but it’s the incredible team – the property manager, the chef, and the housecleaner – who make this place truly extraordinary. The property is in an amazing neighborhood in Roma Norte. Lead by Alexandro the wonderful manager, you are greeted and shown to your room and everything is explained. The stay comes with access to a kitchen and a shared living space with a full bar to make your own cocktails or relax with your company. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in 202. Everything is within walking distance or a quick Uber ride and once your inside the house it’s very quiet throughout the night even though it’s a lively neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!
