Julian Club Hotel

Honestly highly recommend turkey and this beautiful hotel rooms comfortable and clean the reception staff super helpful on arrival had put my room and parents together due to mobility and health issues also both had views of one of the pools :) Can't fault the food and drink l was in party of 8 people and there was something everyone would eat :) the bar staff extremely helpful and friendly learned some turkish I had used the spa and got beautiful turkish bath went for package (2) this time soo go as always and if you ever want to do photoshoot highly recommend hotel :)) My brother got engaged on holiday and both the guess relation and Housekeeping staff organised flowers, sweet treats wine and made such beautiful bed display

Hotel it's self has a good atmosphere with plenty to do for kids. It's definitely a family hotel, Lots of hyper kids having fun!! however due to all inclusive comes with rowdy parents too especially at night (it is their holiday also) Pros - food was very good. Always had something to enjoy, however it can be very repetitive - alcoholic cocktails need improvement Can't go wrong with Efes lagar though. - The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Reception staff lack slightly in comparison to rest of team. - Sun trap most of day - Top brand soft drinks - Good ice-cream - Entertainment were the highlight of the trip if going as a family. Really do what they can to include children and adults in activities and do a fantastic job at keeping the energy and atmosphere of the hotel alive. We all had a fun time and felt included in everything. The night entertainment was a good laugh too. However the night set up is a bit weird with chairs like an assembly line rather than a spread of tables. Cons. - No iron or iron board so arrived with the expectation of a 4* to have this. Didn't feel as nice in my clothes wrinkled. - Trying to get a sun lounger for the amount of guests was never always successful. - Rooms very worn and old. No 4* feel to the rooms. Especially if landed with the view of street. - WiFi which is £10 per night for in room is shocking and not worth it. I was up and down 5 times at 12oclock onwards trying to get it to stay connected for us all to watch and relax on devices and wine down. Ended up being a bit of a disaster and waste of £10. Very happy I didn't spend for whole week. ( I recommend getting a WiFi box from Rio Cetin ( marmaris FB) £25 for 1 week and can be taken anywhere with you and connects to many devices. Last 5h on full charge. TBH this was a god send.

Upon arriving at hotel there was a young woman at reception complaint about a fast food, she asked for a recommendation from staff member & they told her a kebab place just across the road and around the corner. I had my Turkish friend (who came to greet me from a different hotel upon my arrival) and my friend was telling me that this is common as the hotel staff get money from the fast food place as they charge extra. Anyway onto my own stay! I arrived with myself, my son & my parents (3 adults 1 larger child) who still required a buggy at times (special needs). The check in was fast and easy. Upon arriving in the room there were a bottle of water, and some tea/coffee items and a kettle. I went to pour the water into the kettle only to find a huge amount of MOLD‼️. I took the kettle down to reception where they tried telling me it was okay and just to boil the water it will go away 😖. After going back and forth I had a lovely man come with a brand new kettle and was very apologetic. ‼️THE ROOM‼️ Our room was EXTREMELY SMALL. 1 double bed 1 single bed (where was the 4th person sleeping, no travel cot or other bed). The room was very very dark even with the lights on and curtains open. The balcony was that small that my 3 year old could lay across it and touch both sides with his arms stretched above his head. Time to unpack 2 weeks worth of clothes. There was little to no space, 4 hangers in the cupboard. A broke, a shelf which was laying on its side. 1 teeny tiny drawer which fitted the 3 years old pants & socks. Then trying to find place for suitcases (thankfully brought 3 and not 4). the room was clean, bathroom was clean. It had a hairdryer inside the bathroom on the wall which was powerful so that’s bonus (usually they are very slow and not great. This one was great). This room was on the 1st floor just above the reception. ‼️MAIN RESTAURANT‼️ The food was very very repetitive, for example Monday could have had a chicken curry. Well on the Tuesday it was called a curry chicken or something similar. If you’re like me and don’t like veg then you won’t like 90% of the food as it’s in it or through almost everything. Trying to find a seat is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Once you eventually found a seat the staff came over asking if you’d like to drink and as you’re nearing the end of your drink they come back asking if you’d like more etc. ‼️KIDS FOOD IN MAIN RESTAURANT‼️ Was your normal typical food, nuggets, chips, pasta, beans, pizza. Unfortunately with it being for kids they can help themselves and upon getting items for my son I seen many half eaten items put back and lots of hairs in different things (was always longer hairs so most likely belonged to a young girl) ‼️SNACK BAR FOOD‼️ Snack bar food is 1000% better but again most have veg (and if your like me it’s hard to find food you like, but fit more options) was mostly like bbq grilled food and finger foods/ party foods. ‼️BAR‼️ Never had any problems with

What can I say this is a fantastic hotel! We have been the last 2 years in October and we can’t fault the place. The staff are all helpful, the hotel is kept really clean and the food is amazing with plenty of choice. The snack bar during the day is the best I’ve been to. The bar staff are all friendly and even bring drinks to you at night. The entertainment team Jays YOLO are the best! All day they keep everyone laughing and smiling. My 2 kids who are 14 and 8 absolutely love them and can’t wait to go back. They get us adults involved at night with the shows and are a great laugh. Special shout out to Curly from the entertainment team, an all round great guy and he always has time to speak and is the life and soul of the games and fun. The whole entertainment team are legends! Great hotel and can’t fault it! Will 100% be back soon.

This resort is absolutely brilliant the food was amazing and the staff was really friendly I can’t fault it one bit. The entertainment during the day and night was amazing. My favourite entertainer was curly his was full of energy and funny. The food was amazing even managed to find something to eat for the fussy ones. It was that good we are going back this year.

We booked a week all inclusive at Julian Club quite last minute and without really looking into it too much… let me tell you, I’ve never been more glad and positively surprised!!! We stayed in a family room (1 double and 1 single bed for our toddler) and it was quite small but perfect for us as we barely spent any time in it. Also our balcony faced the main pool and stage so it was perfect for us to have a few drinks watching the shows (there’s something on every night: kids disco first, then bingo and then different shows each day whilst two lovely entertainers run an evening kids club too!) at night whilst our little one was in bed. The food, at both breakfast and main meals, is great! Plenty of options every day and so much to choose from even for the pickiest ones. I am dairy free and I found so many things to eat, even for pudding! Everything tasted delicious and looked very appetising too. They also have a kids buffet at dinner time and the snack bar was our absolute favourite… so much that we never had the lunch buffet as always used the snack bar!! We were a bit worried about the sun bed situation as read online that it was impossible to get one unless up at the crack of dawn… yes it is true that there’s no free beds after 7.30/8am (people get up as early as 5.30 and sleep on the sun loungers till 8 when the pool guys do their checks around the pools) but we refused to get up that early and still always managed to get beds after 9.30 by asking one of the pool guys. There are 4 pools and we always managed to get space by one of them so it’s not as bad as they say! The hotel is super clean and the cleaning staff and maids work so hard to keep on top of everything. The position of the hotel is great, plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants just round the corner and at walking distance (about half hour) from Marmaris centre and beaches. We didn’t fancy walking in the heat though, and took bus number 2 from literally just around the corner from the hotel, that took us right into the centre for only 25 TL (about £0.60!). Check out is by 12pm, but our transfer to the airport wasn’t until 8pm so we checked out in the morning and left the suitcases in the luggage hold then spent our day by the pool and had dinner at the buffet. There’s showers downstairs that can be used and they gave us towels and were very accommodating without pressuring us into paying for late check out (which is something like £20 per hour if I remember correctly) Staff are absolutely incredible especially the entertainment team who genuinely never stop and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and included! Everyone was always so smiley and friendly, from the kitchen staff to the maids to the receptionists! We really loved our stay at Julian Club and would definitely recommended!!
