I’ve been in this hotel 3 times in 2025 it always is good the staff are great & always really friendly it’s like a second home to me I’ve been using it for 4 years now when in Manila & breakfast and meals is always excellent

The room is comfy, clean and nice. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is also accessible to nearest malls and churches. Will recommend to others about the place. Thank you :).

The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta. The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower. Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time.
