Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Madison

We chose this hotel due to its convenient location near the hospital where we were receiving treatment. The property was clean and newly built. The room included a two-burner stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator; however, it's important to note that no utensils, dishes, or cookware are provided—though they are available for purchase. Additionally, the hotel provides a limited number of towels per room, with NO hand towels included. We received three bath towels and washcloths. Linens are changed every 14 days, but guests can request additional housekeeping services or fresh linens for an extra fee. One concern we encountered was the toilet paper policy. Guests are allotted two rolls, and when we requested more during our 4 day stay, we were informed of this limit. Given that the roll in our room was already half-used, this was inconvenient—especially for a cancer patient undergoing treatment, where extra supplies like toilet paper are essential. If possible, request a room on the top floor, as the lower rooms can be noisy due to footsteps and chairs being moved on the hard floors above. The room rates are good but keep the above in mind.
