Holiday Inn LONDON - LUTON AIRPORT by IHG

Excellent hotel Friendly and warm staff Will book again for sure

The hotel air con wasn't working and we were offered a standing fan in our room which was broken aswell. The front desk lady was kind enough to offer us a complimentary breakfast. But overall the hotel requirs emaintainence.

It’s a nice hotel. Walkable distance to Luton Airport, but there’s also the bus option which costs quite a lot. What I didn’t like was the fact that there was no mini fridge and no water in the room. There was a kettle to make tea, but no water bottles, I had to purchase from the vending machine.

Needed to catch an early morning flight so spent a night here. A bit far from the airport itself so will need an uber or shuttle. But other than that, cant complain. Bit pricey but there arent many options.

"Great stay at Holiday Inn London! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast had good variety and the facilities met all our needs. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting London!"

Very clean and the staff were very helpful from the bar staff to reception highly recommended if flying from Luton.

Friendly staff and very convenient for an early flight The staff at the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I realised I had accidentally booked an accessible room — which was enormous and very, very clean. However, because it had a connecting door, someone in the neighbouring room tried to open their side, which completely startled me. When I went downstairs to mention it, the staff didn’t hesitate at all. They immediately offered to move me to another room where I wouldn’t have the anxiety of hearing someone try the connecting door. It was clearly very safe, but I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they responded. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was fairly average and a little on the expensive side, although the atmosphere was lively and, again, the staff were very friendly. One downside is that the walls seem quite thin. Around 12:30am a group checked in and were talking loudly in the corridor for about half an hour, which woke me up. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. In fairness, I didn’t call reception at the time — and based on how helpful they were earlier, I suspect they would have dealt with it quickly. Checking out was easy, and I walked to the airport in the morning. It’s actually a very straightforward walk — especially once you get past the roundabout and go under the road. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Luton.

The hotel was about 10 minutes from yhe airport, staff and service was brilliant, the room was spacious and bed comfy. I slept likr a baby 😁

Very close to the airport. Perfect for overnight stay if you have an early morning flight.
