Priya in reservation on my pre booking was great tried helping me with my valentines dinner reservation unfortunately the catering team dont understand hospitality as they could not change one dish on the valentines menu so they expected someone to pay GBP 95.00 for mushroom risotto. Arrival not good staff using guest elevators as laundry elevator
Check in disaster not enough staff I arrived 2pm the front desk acknowledged my arrival but when rooms were ready they spoke to individual guest in next seating area to give them room key and I was left so with the huge queue had to wait 45 mins to check in .
Room dirty windows mirror toilet would stop running, I paid GBP 300 for a king bed and got a twin bed put together with a bed topper very uncomfortable.
The WiFi very poor so could not connect to their website in the room had to go to reception to order room service
Room service arrived paid cash waiter took it came back said cannot pay cash ??? Why not ?? Also could not charge to room, the waiting disturb my dinner 4 times knocking on the door.
Parking is not 2 minutes away you must walk at least 15 minutes from excel London.
Breakfast excellent . Overall not worth the money
