Very good location, room little bit small but it was okay for us for one night. The bath room very small and when we flash it we have to wait more than 15 minutes to be able to flash it again . Breakfast standard but its good.

Clean room but requires updating beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and not appealing. Overall great location clean rooms but breakfast not so good

It is located near to Paddington station (6mins) and lancaster gate station (8 mins). There is a stretch of hotels together, and this one is located at the corner. The old man at the reception counter was very rude and unfriendly. When we got into our room, the floor was oily. The furniture, windows, heaters, chair were so dusty. The shower screen has water mark and looks like it was not properly cleaned for long. The toilet bowl has stain. The room was small that we can barely open our 2 luggages. The breakfast was okay, coffee tea, eggs, bread, ham, cheese, cereal and yogurt. The lift serves up to level 3 and we had to walk a long walk way and climb steep stairs to get to our room. On the last 2 days the lift broke down, we had to carry our heavy luggages walk through long paths and many many stairs. It was miserable. Not recommended, not worth the money.

Great location, close to Paddington Station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Really comfy bed. Basic amenities with basic tea and coffee making facilities in room. Lift was out of order but we were not told on arrival- just a sign on door. We were on fourth floor so bit of a mission up a lot of stairs. Basic breakfast but fine for a quick bite to eat before starting the day. We got a great deal financially so would absolutely recommend it for that price.

The rooms are quite small and the pictures don’t match the images while booking.

Good location but a bit old. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but the bed was comfortable.
