We stayed at the Green Rooms for one night in January. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags with them while we explored London, The staff were friendly and professional. We booked a private room (101) with ensuite, which was very basic, no TV, no pictures on the wall, no safe etc. There were some tea/coffee making stuff which was good. However the worse thing about the room was the rattling pipes every time we used the toilet, shower or basin it was very noisy. The single radiator barely warmed the room and the heated towel rail wasn't working so the bathroom was freezing. The blinds for the windows were not clean and the bed was right underneath this. Staying here for one night was ok, but for a longer stay I would not recommend.

They double booked us for our first night so we got put in a room with 2 single beds, then had to move for the rest of our stay. The door handle was about ready to fall off, floors are wooden so the bed slides along the floor when you move in your sleep

For starters they double booked us the first night, so myself & my partner had to sleep in single beds. The beds slide along the wooden floor whenever you try to turn over & the door handle was about ready to come off making it hard to lock/unlock

Stayed here for the darts at ally pally had a private room the beds wernt the most comfortable but couldn’t complaint to much for the price and being in duck a greats spot only a couple hundred metres from the underground. Made it very easy to get around will definitely stop here again!

If you're looking for somewhere to SLEEP, I do not recommend this hotel! We stayed for 1 night and got no sleep due to an event on in the room above ours. This is a pretty old building so the walls, floors etc are all very thin. The music was SO loud in our room it was vibrating the lights! and could be easily heard word for word....even in the shower!! We complained to reception who told us there were no other rooms available...the lady working spoke with the hotel manager who was off. She informed her the event was on till 1am but the music would be turned down at 12....this did not happen! When they finally turned the music off at 1:30 they then spend another 2 hours dragging furniture around which was also incredibly loud! We finally fell asleep and were then startled awake before 8am by them dragging heavy furniture around again!! We complained again when checking out and member of staff apologised but was not sympathetic to the situation at all. We felt it was as though they cared more about keeping the event guests happy than the hotel residents. The manager was still off but was due in the following day, our information was to be passed to her for her to call us (as we obviously requested a full refund)....we've still heard nothing from her!.... My husband and I never complain and if there's a problem we just suck it up, but this was so shocking and unbelievable it could not be ignored!
