The place is very nice, but quite uncomfortable. The windows being very poorly isolated, sleeping was almost impossible on Friday and Saturday night. The bed and pillows were also quite lumpy. There is just one shared bathroom for the whole floor (that is 6 or 7 rooms), which makes it difficult to shower in the morning (especially during the weekend). The worst part though is the "reception" is in front of the room, so you're always met with someone from the staff every time you need to leave your room. Very uncomfortable and zero privacy! Also, the kitchen was very poorly stocked: no tea or coffee, which is now considered the bare minimum for places like this. But I have to say the staff is very nice and welcoming, the position is very good and the place is overall quite clean.

Good guesthouse for a price. Right above street so very loud all night long but we still like it. Would recommend to couples or friend for short stay in Lisbon. Very close to all main places in Lisbon. We could leave our luggages after check out

This is a good guesthouse for the price. Location is brilliant, right in amongst it. The receptionist was really friendly and gave me a lot of recommendations. It's a good cheap place to stay. The street outside is really loud at night and noise can be a problem if you are a light sleeper, but that's out-with the staff's control it's central Lisbon it's never quiet outside

Ci hanno annullato la prenotazione 10 minuti prima di arrivare in struttura a fare il checkin con un semplice messaggio da app Booking!! Gli ho telefonato e si sono limitati a dirmi di rivolgermi a Booking!! Facile girare il problema! Non consiglio chi ha questa poca attenzione al cliente!!

A 10m dalla Pink Street è uno dei pochi aspetti positivi, anche se questo comporta il fatto che cici sia tanto rumore provenire dalla strada fino a notte fonda, quindi la notte non si dorme! Le camere sono tutte la terzo piano,senza ascensore, quindi se avete valigie pesanti... La camera è molto spartana, il bagno minimal, ma pulito per quanto vetusto. Le asciugamani impresentabili. Insomma se vi serve per una notte e non volete spendere tanto può andare bene, altrimenti basta sapere cosa aspettarsi.
