Mandy is very kind. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. My luggage got damage during landed at kunming airport, and Mandy helped me purchased online, which arrived on that day. She also offered to make sandwiches, she was worried we would be heading to the snow mountain early in the morning without anything to eat and also provided useful information and even arranged transportation to our accommodation.

Located inside Ancient City near South Gate. Great services provided by Mandy. We definitely loved the breakfast, especially my cup of latte. Amenities in the room are complete. We were treated to snacks and tea upon arrival and Mandy arranged a tricycle to help us carry our luggage to the guesthouse. Thank you Mandy for the great services. And we definitely loved both the dogs.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri La. My stay was marked by comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely little inn nestled in the ancient city. The host was very accomodating, and she spoke English which is helpful for non Mandarin speakers. The place was clean and they helped us with our laundry and gave us a yummy complimentary breakfast. Would recommend for foreigners. Also bonus points for cute dog.

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation! The property is beautifully maintained, with cozy rooms, spotless bathrooms, and all the amenities you could need. Speaking of the owner, they were absolutely wonderful. So welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring about making sure I had everything I needed.

The Inn is nice located in the old town. The owner and staff are friendly and assist us everything from arranging a car transfer from Lijiang rail station to the old town gate with handcart to carry our luggage to the Inn because cars are not allowed in the old town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Their huge dogs are so cute...

Me and my husband stayed here for 4 days. We received such a great hospitality through out our stay. Mandy had been so kind and such a big help to us. We felt welcoming. She gave us lots of local apple that tasted really good and sweet! Mandy even helped us to arrange for our transportation to the railway station, early in the morning and the driver picked us up with trolley to carry our luggages. Highly recommend to those would like to stay in Lijiang Old Town. Plus point, the owner can speaks very good english as well.

The owner speaks English well and is very helpful for our trip in Lijiang. There's a cute dog at the hotel, and the room is clean with heated bedding. The bathroom is also well-maintained. Breakfast is good, offering noodles or toast. The location is close to South Gate, and if you contact them via WeChat before your stay, they will pick you up there. Amazing service!
