MGM Grand Hotel and Casino

The king size room was perfect, definitely clean and the amenities were perfect for my stay. Pool was great and food options weren’t too bad. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel environment is excellent, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries.

Disappointing experience, definitely not a 4-star hotel! The check-in experience was honestly insane. It took us about one hour just to wait in line to check in. We arrived around 1:30 PM, which was earlier than the official check-in time, so we completely understood that our room might not be ready. The lady at reception at 2:30 told us we would receive a notification once the room was available. However, we never received anything. We eventually had to stand in another line at the guest services desk, which was a little shorter, just to ask about our room again. The room itself was very average. There were basically no amenities. The blanket looked old and dusty, and it wasn't properly inside the duvet cover, it was just placed on top of the sheet. The windows were dirty, and the complimentary water was an extremely tiny bottle that they handed out at reception. The AC was also very loud and dusty. The location is another issue. The hotel is at the beginning of the Strip and quite far from the center. When it's around 45°C outside, walking even 20 minutes is simply not realistic.Thankfully, there is a monorail station inside the hotel, which was definitely a benefit. The pool area, including the lazy river, was actually fun and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience could be much better. People were constantly stopping and standing in the lazy river, forcing everyone else to bump into them, while the lifeguards didn't seem to do much about it. There are also no free umbrellas, you have to pay extra for them. We completely understand that Las Vegas is a place where everything comes with an extra cost, and that's part of the experience and even part of its charm. But then don't position yourself as even a 4-star hotel if the overall experience doesn't match that standard. We love Vegas, but our experience at MGM felt like the hotel was focused on collecting money at every possible opportunity. Everything felt very commercial and conveyor-belt-like, with little attention to the guest experience.

Great location. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Pools are great. Lobby smells musty but this seems common in many Vegas hotels. Took a long time to check in - big queues. View from the room was cool!

MGM Grand was a great stay for our family. The location was perfect with easy access to the monorail, which made getting around the Strip really convenient. The pool and lazy river were a big hit with the kids, and the room was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Good stay at one of the largest hotels in LV and probably worldwide. Unfortunately, prices for beverages and water are more than anywhere else we have ever been to. Vending machine at our hotel floor are not working but still authorised payment. Besides that a good hotel with pool.

Great hotel experienced. Wider room with automated mini bar. Hotel staff and room service are awesome. Best value for money.

We had a wonderful time, for my Brother in Loves wedding, the only thing was it was hot!!!😊

The hotel location is good. It is on the south of the strip. The MGM Grand is huge, if you don’t want to step out of the hotel also, it has pretty much everything inside. Casino, shows, restaurants, cafe. Everything. I enjoyed my stay here.
