Hotel Best Terramarina

Excelente, un hotel a pie de playa, muy tranquilo, las habitaciones premiun con cama balinesa en terraza, con cafetera en habitación, comidas restaurante buenísimo, personal muy educado y atentos siempre. Repetiremos seguro.

We had booked our first holiday here back in October as we had not been to this part of Spain before. After having an enjoyable stay, we decided to rebook in May. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception team and manager who were happy to see us back again. We find all the staff very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble in helping you in any way they can to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable holiday. What we enjoyed most about the hotel is the location, well positioned right on the beach front, making it easy to take a leisurely stroll after meals times. The rooms are bright, comfy and clean which includes a mini fridge to stock snacks and cold drinks. There are three Spanish supermarkets nearby which was good for us as we were on a half board basis. The restaurant caters in a buffet style with a chef on hand making the special dishes of the day. The food was excellent and plentiful with a huge selection of hot and cold choices. If you are looking for a quite relaxing holiday this is the Hotel and place. When you arrive at the reception just look down the corridor and the beach and sea are just yards away, have your meals and drinks sat by the sea.Hotel is 4 star and we have no complaints about anything (a slight morn would be waiting for the one lift 6 floors) La Pineda is a very quite area, bus service on the doorstep for Salou, Tarragona and Cambrils. Food was excellent and plenty of choice. Out of season just two nights with entertainment and it was first class. Must stress don’t expect music bars and usual ******, it’s quite.

Have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this lovely relaxing hotel. It is situated on a beautiful sandy beach in the residential area. The food in particular the breakfasts were plentiful and of good quality. The friendly staff worked extremely hard cleaning tables and bringing drinks. My one suggestion would be the food is labelled for the evening meal particularly the rice and paella dishes eg fish or chicken. There was a pizza oven and the staff were very accommodating letting you select your toppings which were one of the nicest ive had. Our rooms were kept immaculate one tip is to bring your own kettle though i think you could hire one. The shower was fabulous as were the toiletries provided always hot water and clean large towels. This gem of a hotel was particularly suited to people wanting a quiet break entertainment being only at the weekends. We enjoyed the atmosphere it was very homely and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The manager was always around and he seemed to genuinely care his guests were having a good time. Now the only drawback for me was the pool. Not many beds were available and very few umbrellas. The area could do with improving and in high season i think it would be difficult to find a space. No side tables for drinks etc. it didn't bother us as the hotel was quiet but i think during the summer it would be a problem. Not many people used the pool as it was freezing and they tended to go out during the day. We left before breakfast was open and it would have been a nice gesture if coffee and bread was available. Having said that we would most definitely return during off peak times as the food and staff were lovely. A big shout out to Lydia on reception who helped us with our bags when we arrived.

The hotel best terramarina over all was very good right on the beach the reception young lady's we're so helpful from sorting any problems you may have to information about local bus services. The food in the hotel was OK always something different 2 or 3 different meats plus fish and my wife loved the salads and desserts the rooms are cleaned daily. The only down side was the entertainment. One instramentalist on Friday and a duo pop and rock on Saturday which was all in Spanish so didn't understand any of it I know we we're in Spain but???? The week we we're there We had room 506 which gets the sun all afternoon ideal for us. Now about La pineda if your looking for a music bar or even a British bar for get it lot, s of Spanish tapas bar, s but no music to be found. Hotel very good location excellent resort not so good a. We have just had a week half board at Best Terramarina hotel. Lovely hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Rooms very good, excellent bathroom, and balcony. Meals are good, breakfast has plenty of choice. Evening meals, lots of choice and very enjoyable. Well situated hotel in a fairly quiet area, near shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Great bus service to all, towns in the area. Recommend Cambrils and Tarragona for daily visits. This is a good hotel, and worth staying at, highly recommend.
