I stayed at your hotel from July 8th to July 10th, paying a total of €547.50. I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with several aspects of my stay. Check-in went smoothly and the front desk staff was friendly. However, the room itself was quite disappointing: the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and during the night we heard unusual noises coming from the center of the room, which I initially chose to ignore. The real issue happened the next morning, around 9:00 AM, when my wife opened the closet and discovered a massive cockroach—about the size of a shoe—crawling on top of all our clothes. She panicked and refused to go back into the room. We immediately contacted the guest relations manager, who told us that cockroaches came in from outside and there was nothing they could do, which I find completely unacceptable. We were only offered a room change around 2:00 PM, so we had to spend more than four hours sitting in the bar with our child, unable to go outside due to heavy rain. As a gesture of goodwill, my wife requested a late check-out, which was denied, claiming that the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, a member of the housekeeping staff told my wife that this was not the first time the hotel had cockroach issues. Deeply concerned about potential contamination, my wife decided to throw away several pieces of clothing that had been in the closet. I
