The hotel’s breakfast was disappointing with very limited options, mostly vegetarian nasi goreng, mee hoon, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, and desserts. The mee hoon and fried rice were overly oily. We noticed other guests eating roti canai but were told by staff it needed to be ordered a day in advance—a detail not mentioned at check-in. Parking was problematic due to limited underground spaces. Arrived at 11pm, the parking was closed and the receptionist, a Malay lady, said it was full without checking further or offering alternatives beyond vague advice to park outside. Later, another guest managed to open the shutter and find space, which we took advantage of. The receptionist’s handling was unsatisfactory. The hotel advertised a swimming pool and gym on Agoda, but at check-in, we were informed these facilities had been closed for repairs since April 17, 2025, with no updates on the website. This lack of transparency was disappointing and made the stay feel not worth the price paid.

My recent trip to Kuala Lumpur (KL) was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed exploring the mix of modern and traditional elements in the city. I really liked KL. There are a lot of nice parks and malls, and KL is one of those best city.

The hotel is quite good of the TV hangs on from the ceiling, the design of the toilet, and also the sofa the table etc. The bed of the hotel is comfortable as well and the door lock is a smart lock that will beeping when it isn't locked after a while. BUT, the room is quite not privacy for me as we frequently heard the nextdoor people laughing. The wall around the room is very very very thin, seems like it's not a brick wall cuz it's just like knocking a wood door when I knock it. And also the swimming pool as well as the gym are closed when I go there.

This hotel is very good . I booked 2 times already . Near have a street food and night market . It's very good to stay . Also have a swimming pool.

It’s an okay hotel, free wifi but you have to login every day, paid buffet breakfast is less than average, hotel staff some helpful some doesn’t really care, overall this would not be my first choice but I don’t mind repeating
