Traveling from India 🇮🇳, I found the stay absolutely worth it—right in the heart of the city! The experience was truly awesome. Hilton never fails when it comes to customer hospitality and exceptional service. Highly recommend

We paid for a city view, but were given the complete opposite. What is the point of paying extra when we cannot enjoy the view we were promised? Upon arrival, there was no drinking water in the room. I tried calling the receptionist, but no one picked up. I had to go all the way down to the reception just to ask for water. There was no spoon in the room—only a wooden stick, which is not appropriate. The electric kettle was damaged and had an issue with the lid. There was only one chair near the table, and that too was an office chair. We paid for a room that was supposed to have two chairs. The TV did not work, which was extremely frustrating, especially after a long day when we just wanted to relax and watch something. There was no bidet shower in the toilet—only a pipe, which was very inconvenient. There was no mat in the bathroom. The room was not clean as expected. There was visible dust near the bed and the carpet was very dirty. We received only one small tube of toothpaste on the day of arrival. If it’s complimentary, it should be replenished daily. The shower gel ran out by the second day, and we had to request more. Overall, I am very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s hard to believe this is a Hilton property. At this rate, you can easily find much better hotels.

1) Strategically located, with great access to many makan places and shopping centres. 2) Check-in and checkout is swift and hassle-free. Security guard is friendly and helpful. Nice reception personnel Mr Paul and team with great smile. Jockey service was topnotch. Even top management welcome us with personalised messages from Zhi Qin and Aidil. 3) Really like the 25th floor rooftop with clean swimming pool and scenic view of our majestic Twin Tower.

The scenery on the roof top was superb. Breakfast could be improved. Everything was fine for the price we have paid. Thumb up for the staff & service.

Cannot even cancel my booking. The location is super bad and dangerous. Smells not good. Breakfast doesn’t worth the price (like rlly not that good. You shd expect more in SEA with this price) it is overpriced. My room didn’t even have window so it is so depressed. Room is not clean also
