KC Beach Hotel Samui

Good location and nice view from balcony room

Everything was mostly fine, the resort is starting to show its age a bit. The shower was full of mold and the bath was eroded. We were very disappointed with breakfast, very little options and never refilled. We just came from three other beach resorts at a much cheaper price and the breakfast was outstanding.  Overall the aesthetics are great and so is the location but with the amount we paid, we expected more. I also booked a private beach dinner and it turned out great, The food, drinks and service were great.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk, gave me some very useful advice about Koh Samui airport and the check in there for travellers going back to Aust via Bangkok. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a great location in Chaweng (very close to the French Bistrot which is definitely worth a visit for a glass of Bordeaux), very easy access to the beach. If I go back to Koh Samui, this would be the place I'd stay.

I loved the location and that it was on the beach, the pool was lovely and the breakfast was amazing

Good : Perfect location right in front of the beautiful beach. Room is spacious. The swimming pool is long enough and you can truly exercise not just to submerge .  Bar staff was super friendly especially Khun เป้  You can do early check in with extra charge.  Cons : No gym.  Limited breakfast choice. Too plain Thai food. However, staffs at the breakfast were caring enough.

Hotel was very comfortable. Extremely clean. Staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was good.

Great fr family stay . Clean & calm . Strategic location

The KC beach club is in a good location close to shops, restaurants and a clean part of the beach. The view of the beach from the rooms and pool is lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and the parking security guard always greeted us with a big smile. They had a locked luggage room and stored our luggage for us on check out. However, I received two stained towels in a 24hr period- my beach towel had blood stains all over it and my bathroom towel had brown stains (see photo). When I pulled back my bed covers, there was black hair in the bed (see photo). The sink did not drain water and the shower leaked. The bedroom was really bright at night because the light from the hallway was shining in through the bathroom- no way to block it out. The bath is not a Jacuzzi as shown in the pictures- the manager decided to turn it off. We asked for a late checkout and they said it would be an additional ¥3000 for 2 hours. The breakfast had limited options and the coffee machine broke down a few times. we found the service at the restaurant very poor and rude staff. The pools did not look clean enough so we didn’t swim in them. The sea was beautiful to swim in though and it was nice relaxing on the KC beach club lounge chairs. I would not recommend this resort based on the price of the room.

Very good and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Beautiful beach.
