呆在度假村不需要出來 就是曬太陽 玩水 吃喝 雞尾酒都免費 挺好的。沒有**的海灘 走去公共海灘 大約8分鐘。

We requested a ground floor by email a few weeks before as the fear of children on balcony makes me anxious. We were given a room that was level floor so on level one but was level with the baby pool (snake slide) on one balcony & the other balcony at the side was higher up so we didn’t let the kids on that one but we were happy with the location of our room & the size of it. All the staff are amazing, from the cleaners to the bar & restaurant staff all of them work so hard. To name a few: Grace - Main entrance Restaurant Host, always smiling & high fiving my kids when we went in & gave them huge hugs on our last day. Maria - (baby pool bar by family rooms 4000 block) always a delight & loves a chat, shes been here most days of our holiday & gave advice on where to go for a less choppy beach. Kids club - Tori, Camilla & others i didn’t get the names of really kept my kids occupied playing games, making salt dough, crafts etc they were so friendly & really dont get enough credit. Not many kids used kids club but mine asked to go most mornings for a couple of hours out of the sun & something different to do, we were only ever in the bar drinking coffee or near the pool so not far away from the children & asked that the children didn’t leave the club alone (age 8 & 4) the staff were with them at all times. The food - in the buffet everything we ate tasted nice but i did find it was all quite random food, i expected more variety if im honest! only consistant food daily was fried chicken/chips & spaghetti pasta or Pizza which were very tasty but not every night for 10 nights. Desserts were the best, i probably ate more desserts than anything although never at breakfast time even though they were available i thought that abit odd. Snack bar was yummy especially pizza & Gyros. Pablo was always working hard making the gyros! Smiling away. The lady on the ice cream sometimes wasnt so generous with portions, some days u got a sliver of ice cream & other times a massive scoop. We ate at both asian & greek restaurants booked on app when we arrived, enjoyed the asian more as u could choose the food, greek was a set menu & we felt there was way too much food for us (hate wasting food) You do get complimentary bottled water in these restaurants, my husband had a coca cola €4 & a Mythos beer €4.50 i think they were. Drinks - iced latte with baileys absolutely stunning, some cocktails were nice while others not so, the sparking cocktails were the best, Aeperol spitz & Lemoncello spritz. Beer was very weak. Spirit & mixer nice. Kids drinks were very acidic especially apple juice, my children dont drink fizzy drinks so apple, orange or pineapple with a little water. Luckily we bought some squirty squash with us & ran out in last day so had grenadine & water. An excellent weeks holiday here. Staff work so hard including cleaners, resturant staff and bar staff. Especially Vanggellis in the main bar. Always went above and beyond service expected and always looked after us. Very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

had a lovely time here as the staff were amazing with the kids, the women is zezus bar was excellent with both my children and always so kind. The gyros station was really good aswell and the man serving them was also lovely.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel as a family of 4. Firstly upon arrival (which was very late) check in was very smooth and as everything was pretty much closed the staff provided sandwiches for everyone, which was a great gesture. A staff member then took us to our room (right to the door) and helped with cases. One of our room keys didn’t work and the staff member got this changed immediately. I must say, the staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful and genuinely want the visitors to have a wonderful time. This was a theme throughout our stay. Onto our room: beautiful. Our room had a bathroom with a walk in shower, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a master suite with a king size bed that led onto the balcony. The balcony had lovely views out to sea and we could see one of the pools on the other side. In the rooms there was a desk, TV and bedside cabinets. Ample cabinet space and a mini-fridge. Our room was serviced every day with a full sheets/towels change and they checked our mini-fridge each day too and fresh water and fizzy drinks were replenished. Cleaning staff were very attentive and professional. The room was great for a family as there was 2 rooms within 1 with a dividing door and frosted glass panel. Anyone who has stayed in a hotel in one room as a family with kids will know the challenges so this was a great feature! Onto the food, wow! Every day the restaurant provides 3 full buffet meals at breakfast lunch and dinner time (all-inclusive) breakfast had hot and cold options and there were always fresh healthy options. Lunch and dinner again provided many, many options both hot and cold. Food was fresh and replenished in a timely manner. We are vegetarian and although there is a lot of meat on offer there are plenty of options to suit vegetarians here! For example, we ate grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, plentiful salads, vine leaves, stir-fry, halloumi, Greek pastries, a spinach lasagne, feta etc. there’s just so much on offer. You won’t go hungry! Kids options are great, even for fussy eaters. There’s always plain pasta/chips/bread and butter/pizza on offer for kids who aren’t feeling adventurous (or adults!). Breakfast time: there’s lots of cereals, hash browns, yoghurts, fruits and alternative milks which was good to see. There’s serve yourself coffee machines with great options, many teas and juices on offer at breakfast. At lunch and dinner the serve your self wine and beer are on as well as the soft drinks. Staff clean and clear tables quickly and there’s plentiful space inside and outside for seating. Outside of meal times there’s the outside snack bars. This was great for kids who are always hungry! Between 11am-6pm there’s fresh pizza, burgers, gyros/chips and ice cream. My kids were always going and grabbing a slice or some Chips! Again: no veggie option per say at the burger/gyros stand but I did ask for a chip gyros which was lovely but there’s cheesy garlic bread, margherita pizza

Absolutely amazing experience, fantastic entertainment, especially the animations crew. Shoutout to Michaela & Martha, Philippe & ‘Frank’ who have had us well and truly entertained every day we’ve been here. Keep up the spectacular work guys, we’d love to come back and see you all again. You can’t go wrong with George, he’s the most incredible host whether it’s at the bar or the restaurant. Amazing people for a brilliant resort. Definitely would visit again

Animation team were very welcoming and fun. They made the stay more exciting and there was always things to do. 100% recommend. The displays they made were very fun to watch aswell.

The experiencia was very good. I surely recommend it. Specially the session with Moi who was very professional and did an excellent job.

We are currently staying at Gouves Water Park and are having a wonderful holiday. We have been here for five days now and overall we are really impressed with the hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — there is really nothing we are missing. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which makes a very good impression.We have room 4001 with shared pool,sun all day long😊 The buffet is excellent — very large, varied and with plenty of choice, so everyone can find something they enjoy. We particularly like the Asian dishes, which have been really good. If I had to mention just one small area for improvement, it would be the cooking of some of the meat and fish. Unfortunately, during our five days here, the fish on the buffet has consistently been quite dry, and some of the roasted meats have also been overcooked. It would be great to see a little more attention to cooking times, because the overall quality and variety of the food are very good. The beach is beautiful and only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also so many swimming pools that everyone can find their favourite spot, and we have never had any problem finding sun loungers. Most importantly, the staff have been lovely and welcoming, and the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we think Gouves Water Park offers fantastic quality for the price. We are genuinely enjoying our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. ❤️
