Grandhotel Ambassador Národní Dům

This was a stay with mixed feelings: Pro: - Location if you travel by public transport, bus station just a few steps and train station 10 mins walking. Old city also around 10 minutes walking. - Big rooms - Breakfast. Unlike others I think the breakfast is really fine. Various warm en cold food. It was tasty and not bad at all Cons: - Airco was not working first night. After reporting to the receptionist, she told us that it was off and she had to switch it on from the reception side. After returning it was just a little bit better. With 33 degrees C am good working airco is a must - No coffee and tea maker in the room - shower cabin door could not close so the whole bathroom got wet - Pillows are very thin - Shampoo utilities are very poor and low quality. Overall we slept good but for the price there are better options in town. The hotel just need a little care to make it better. If you opt for a close stay at the station just like us, then it is OK

The hotel location is good. The room is large. Also take note that the lift is small.

I booked this hotel for my Mom. And she loved it: the staff was accommodating and caring, great location and delicious meals. Highly recommended

시내 한가운데에 있어서 접근성 좋고 FLIX BUS 정류장도 가까움. 고풍스러운 분위기에 청결하고 친절한 직원..강추합니다.

Everything about this hotel was great, location, facilities, SPA, in door swimming pool and availability of car parking. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Clean, large room. Very comfortable. Central location, close to restaurant”s, river, spa”s and transportation

Had a great time at this property. The location was great, central to many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel itself had nice pool/spa/sauna and decor. Our room was great also, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for a great visit to Karlovy Vary!

Never again Reception is decrepit. The people at front desk at arrival: dirty,in disarray and not friendly. Hotel stairs and hallways very dirty(old carpets, dirty). Spa is a joke, whilpool water cold(75 degrees F) Hotel pretentious.

The location of the hotel is great. You can walk to everything. The breakfast was also very good
