Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

Começo por dizer que está a ser uma autêntica desilusão. Viajámos todos os verões neste registo e sem dúvida quem em 20 anos de férias de verão está a ser o nosso pior hotel. Começo pela espreguiçadeiras na praia que estão completamente encardidas e dá a impressão que alguma se estragaram e colocaram outras de outro tipo completamente diferentes e de um nível bastante inferior, dá um ar de desleixo terrível. A zona do bar da praia tem um cheiro a álcool péssimo, os copos de plástico completamente ressequidos e sujos de tanto uso, assisti a lavagem dos copos em que consistia apenas passa-los por água da torneira, fora de higiene brutal para além de por em risco a transmissão de doenças. Os quartos estão velhos e pobres. A internet é muito fraca, principalmente no quarto Algumas comidas dão a impressão que foram inventadas de acordo com os restos de comida. Os funcionários falta-lhes formação, não tem regras de etiqueta nenhumas nem satisfação em ver o hóspede satisfeito e cómodo, parece que fazem as coisas pra despachar o trabalho. Outro ponto sao as espreguiçadeiras que estão sempre ocupadas mesmo não estando lá ninguém, vejo pessoas a marcarem espreguiçadeiras na piscina e no mar o dia todo, sem porem os pés numa delas, algo que poderia ser evitado pelos funcionários. Mesmo o próprio ginásio apenas tem máquinas de cardio, 2 halteres e 2 pesos. Muito fraco A zona da piscina é bonita e a área do jardim também. O quarto onde estou tem duas casas de banho, o que é um ponto positivo visto que somos 3 pessoas. Estou completamente desiludida com o hotel, não é um 4 estrelas. Sem dúvida que não vou repetir nem recomendar.

Firstly this short break has been made amazing and deserves credit . What a gentleman for the brand and a legend mr Andreas.Fradelos. Nothing has been to much. Looked after us with truly 5 star plus service, he true gentleman and fantastic man. Spoilt us . Looked after every whim. Wish there was a gentleman like him every were we went. Big thanks to Georgia for keeping our room emasculate. Emiano on the beach bar. The hotel is clean . Excellent facilities, great food. What a brand the Grecotel is. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We have just come back from an amazing 9 night stay at the Dama Dama. We arrived quite late on our first night,we had already checked in via their app so after a quick tour of the lobby area and instructions of where to go for breakfast the next morning we were shown to our room and advised that there were late night snacks available in the lobby area if we wanted something to eat. We had booked a premium family room with a side sea view,the room was of a good size and ideal for our party of 3 adults as it had a double bed and 2 single sofa beds which were separated by a sliding door.The bathroom had a walk in shower,2 washbasins and the toilet and could be accessed via 2 doors,one being the door from the double bedroom and one via the entrance hallway.There was plenty of storage space,a safe and a minibar restocked every day with water and soft drinks. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained,we were always able to find a sunbed at the beach or a deckchair in the gardens.Pool/beach towels are available,the pool was cold but once you’re in you soon get used to it.The indoor pool,sauna and gym were a nice way to get out of the sun for a little while. Food and drink options were plentiful and varied.Would definitely recommend booking the a La carte restaurants in particular the Italian.The beach bar is nice for lunch and also serves ice cream and crepes during the day. The hotel is located next to the Epsilon shopping centre and there is a bus stop outside to go to Rhodes centre or Faliraki. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly,helpful and polite.A special mention has to go to Irina who is part of the activities team,who made the darts ‘competition’ great fun every day and always found time to make sure we knew what activities and entertainment were on each day and chat to us of an evening,she is a credit to the hotel.

A very pleasant stay for a week. Initially, I was a little unsure of our room as the travel agent hadn’t shown us all the rooms, so I would recommend looking into this. I maybe should have spoken up on arrival. However, the hotel surroundings and restaurants are all lovely. After my daughter having an accident in the hotel, the staff were very caring and attentive. We would like to thank Ms Christina for looking after her and spoiling her. Also, Alexa in the lobby bar was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we had a nice family holiday.

Extremely disappointed with the room. Not what we had been shown by travel agent. Expecting an aesthetic white room only to find a dated small room for 3 with a dreadful view Staff are lovely, but we still have another 4 days left & sadly unlikely to return

We have had the most amazing stay celebrating our friends upcoming wedding. Chrisi helped us so much with the decoration of our bride to be’s room, we couldn’t have got it to look so good without her help and expertise. The lady on reception that reached out to Chrisi was also a great help.
