On arrival, it took a long time till the room was ready, when we enter the room the floor was slippery (as they just finish cleaning with out drying the floor) & my wife unfortunately slipped on her back & suffered from low back pain.
In addition the room size & facility was for a regular room not a junior suite as the size was not matching the measurement described by the website; (Actual size: 43,2 m including the bathroom) although in website it was 50m, I ended up paying full price of suite for 2 days while in reality it was just a regular room. Moreover on the website the capacity was 3 people while in reality it was queen bed .. (1)
During our 2 days stay we face a lot of difficulties with the staff, the A/C was not working properly we contacted the staff but no solution, they only give promises to fix.
I had to call several time if I want my room to be cleaned & there is always excuses which I have never face in any other 5 star hotel that I used to stay in some of these excuses are ( the staff on break, the staff are busy).
I had a bad experience at this hotel & I wished if I had the chance to check out immediately, but unfortunately the occasion that I came to attend was in this hotel.
I’m sending this complain hoping that my feed back will be taken in consideration & work on these points, in addition I’m looking for refund for the money that I paid for a suite with an official apology from the hotel. I am confident that you stand for your customers as hotels posted on the website should be help to a high standard
