TIA Heights Makadi Bay Hurghada

Як тільки ви входите в готель, це викликає просто вау-фактор завдяки масивним сходам у вестибюлі, але не дозволяйте цьому вас ввести в оману. Готель придатний для проживання. Скрізь брудно, від поручнів до підлоги, потребує ремонту, ванна кімната була брудна, душ протікав, матраци на ліжках були жартома, їх занурили в середину, випирали з боків, а пружини стирчали в вас кожен раз час, коли ти рухаєшся. Тому без сну. Жуки повсюди, мертві й живі. Ми залишилися тут лише на одну ніч, і це було на одну ніч забагато. Я запихав рушники під двері, щоб зупинити жуків, що заходили з брудної відкритої доріжки. Тут дешеві огидні напої, алкогольні та безалкогольні. Ми попросили води для пиття, але нам не запропонували пляшку, воду з-під крана! Навіть апельсиновий сік був огидний на смак. Зробіть собі послугу та доплатіть за кращий готель, ви не пошкодуєте. Єдине, що виглядало гарно, це басейни. Персонал, який там працює, здається, не має для вас часу.

Дуже погане обслуговування, немає льоду з напоями, їжа погана, і ти йдеш скаржитися, немає кому нічого зробити, і справді поганий готель через обслуговування, навіть кондиціонери в ресторані роблять не працює, навіть воду ми п'ємо гарячу, і щось неввічливе, чесно ....

The hotel is actually under reconstruction,I hope it will be again available than.Our family was in hotel every year and it was always a pleasant stay.Staff was nice,friendly and helping in each situation.Food was good with enough choice and also with local food(those who await the fresh baked croissant and premium european food will be disappointed:).It looked older inside the rooms and inside the hotel too,but the hotel was built many years ago and you still dont need any air conditioning in the rooms:they hold the cold naturally inside. the only disadvantage were rude and agressive russians,permanently drunk and destroying everything around. We will be looking forward to reopening.

so i have just come back from Tia Heights, after visiting a few years ago pre covid and reading the reviews i was a bit hesitant, however the hotel was fine, rooms i booked the aqua room but was upgraded to the main hotel which was fabulous, yes there were a coupe of issues, but maintenance was there straight away and rectified them, certainly didnt ruin my holiday was just a couple of issues. If you are expecting a 5 star hilton experience then no it isnt that, but after travelling many places , i would say its a 3 star to 4 star equivalent uk. public areas were kept clean and tidy, all pools were sparkling clear water, the beach is also fabulous. a quick mention to Waileel (not sure on spelling) at the beach bar and where you get the burgers from at lunch, he is incredible, so friendly, always remembered our drinks, wine sprite and ice mix and beer with ice lol, an absolute credit to the hotel Also Samir in the main restaurant he was outstanding, always on hand to help out and help with a nice table and drinks, look out for him when you go We went for a week and had the best time, will definitely be back probably in june, we stayed room 3078 and was at the back so quiet, but there are some lovely big rooms also there with huge balconies, that look incredible go expecting a good uk 3 /4 star and you will have a fabulous time, its mainly russians at the hotel, we will be back soon, thank you for an amazing stay

the waiters and bartenders are extremely rude, they ask you for money for every order, and the service is all inclusive, the food is terrible, I even saw a mouse in the kitchen, the hygiene is disastrous
