酒店服務很不錯，大堂經理和服務員都很熱情，我們晚飯一會都給我們提供午餐，房間設施非常好，沙灘也很好玩，很適合情侶，朋友一起來玩，

If you can afford better hotel I would. Here now and not very impressed. All the alcoholic drinks taste exactly the same and are horrible. I have been out and bought my own to drink with a mixer. Drinks served in tiny plastic cups. The food is never hot and not a very wide choice. Pool closes at 5 not 6 as advertised. No entertainment until 10pm across the road at the beach bar where you have to pay for drinks. Everyone tries to rip money from you especially the local shops. Bring enough local currency as exchange rate terrible in hotel.Glad I only came here to do some business as would have gone from here already.

Arrived given really poor room paid for upgrade even though it was just as poor overlooking the main road the noise is terrible. 2 members of staff are not nice Muhammad in restaurant and aliwahd at the bottom bar. Not drinking alcohol so have a half pint thermos cup and won't fill with dilute juice. It's not as if I'm up at bar every 20 mins either lucky if I was going twice a day. P.s arrived Monday 14th this is Friday wish I'd stuck with the Royal lagoon far better than this place.

I will start with the positive reviews. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel was always being cleaned. The hotel was spacious and worth the 4* for the reasons above only! The negatives are as follows: the food was worse than awful. We eat out every day. We managed to buy a semi English breakfast at the beach, to be told that we had to pay for it. Bearing in mind we went all inclusive. Nothing other than the food in the restaurant is all inclusive, you have to pay for icecreams, milkshakes and even bottles of water not only at the beach but at all bars around the hotel!! Advertising this on love holidays as all inclusive is a big con!!!!! The snack bar is open for a mere 1 hour a day and all we got was a donut. Loveholidays need to look into this hotel as this is the worst experience I have had in any all inclusive hotel I have stayed in and it’s false advertising

Since we arrived and everything is perfect start from the room with a great sea view and also the hotel location is perfect its near to everything and the beach also is so clean and big and sandy we ha.
