Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View

Being upgraded to a room on the highest floor for free really cheered me up after an exhausting midnight flight. The receptionist, Coco, was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a warm, smiling face! The view from my room and the rooftop was breathtaking, and the location was superb too. For the price I paid, I have little to complain about—it far exceeded my expectations.

The location is pretty good and also have the bath tub which make you relaxed after walking all day, but the reason I wouldn’t come here again is the flush toilet is very closed to the bath tub, not comfortable to sit even my height is 1.55 m. So, let’s imagine if you are taller and bigger! And According to the Gov, the hotel doesn’t provide free bottle, dental kit, etc!, so just curious that every hotel in HK follows this regulations or not? Never met this situation in last time I visited HK!

Location is good as just walking distance to mtr station, and cleanliness is acceptable. but in terms of room size, it is very small. mine is a standard room, but actually there is no proper working desk or bench, but just a movable computer desk at the gap between the bed and the wall. and the toilet area is extremely small, that the toilet seat is just next to the sliding door, only a small gap between the bathtub and toilet seat. and the washing basin is outside the toilet just next to the door. basically, these small spaces make the room stay quite inconvenient. anyway, with the price, it can still be acceptable and reasonable if you don't mind the very small spaces.

Service terrible staff rude room dirty. I booked a deluxe harbour view it’s not a harbour view you can see a little bit of water 😂 the windows are so dirty I thought Hong Kong had permanent fog! windows dirty mirrors dirty room grubby bed as hard as concrete the lifts don’t work it’s really noisy you can hear the other rooms talk - wash and everything else the air con in room can not adjust. Room was so hot!   The house keeping staff start at 7am and they are not quiet trust me your getting up at 7am like it or not.  On the phones shouting hovering you hear it all.  Powder coffee in the room I did not think powder coffee was a thing any more. The kettle has to go on the carpet to boil it as only one plug socket!  The room is so small I could not unfold my suitcase. No space for the suitcase at all!  I was not going to leave a review as I hate negative posts but I feel I should. It’s a two star hotel at best.. bathroom Is so small you can not sit on the toilet 🙈…. The staff were just so rude. Check went like this a man said to me checking in or checking out in a very abrupt manner I said checking in please he said passport! This was the exact conversation he then handed me a key with know further conversation and went back to his phone like nothing not a word 😂 if it was a small hotel I would not bother but Ramada is a big group! You can do better Ramada a lot better! Bellow is a photo of my bed after house keeping had been in also a phot of my towel. The safe is so small my phone would not fit 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

Very bad hotel , rooms are small you cant even walk , no heating , the room was very cold , the breakfast is very bad 150 for 2 eggs and some toasts and butter

The staff in the restaurant was the rudest we’ve ever encountered! First, he kept asking my room number when I had already given him, making me feel uncomfortable!!! Second, when we just wanted to sit down before going, he refused us and spoke in a vile manner. The room was small and the bedsheets had hair, with the toilet having an odd smell. Utterly disappointed!!
