Regal Kowloon Hotel

Impressive stay overall. The property is brand new with modern facilities, and the Victoria Harbour scenery is truly spectacular. Customer service was top-tier, especially from Jacob. His professional, proactive, and friendly assistance made a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The staffs here are super helpful and polite.. especially Gregory the receptionist who has helped out from checking in and then book the hotel free shuttle to airport.. even the morning concierge man also very nice and helpful.. I highly recommend this hotel as the location wise also very good. Thanks Regal Kowloon Hotel for warm experience in HK.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The room and toilet were very small, and the biggest issue was the air conditioning. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable even after we reported the problem. We were told a technician had checked it, but there was no improvement. The toilet also got clogged during our stay. Another issue was the lack of a proper waiting area during check-in. My children and I had to stand for almost 30 minutes while waiting. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience, and we expected better.

Avoid at all cost. The hotel is super dated and hygiene is concerning. We have paid to be upgraded to the so called regal suite with a jacuzzi but it is so dirty that we couldn't use it. What is worse is the first room (619) they gave us has significant water leakage issues. Firstly it was the toilet floor that was completely flooded round half eleven (my husband almost tripped over on the black tiled wet floor as not easy to see at night). They sent an engineer to check the issue but nothing was resolved. The hotel offered to swap the room but given the lateness we agreed that we will do the swap first thing in the morning. Then the morning came, we found the bathroom ceiling had been dripping water as well and formed another puddle. We called the reception to swap the room but the receptionist seemed to be clueless about the situation and offered another engineer check up. We had to explain the situation (and the worsening of the situation with her again) before she agreed to swap the room. But to our surprise she said the room is not ready (made us wonder how we could have swapped the room last night). It clearly shows the lack of communication within their team. Around 15 mins later, the receptionist called to say the room was ready and sent someone to take our luggage. In normal circumstances, we would have expected we would be taken directly to the new room alongside our luggage. However the concierge was clueless as to which room it is, so we had to head to reception to check in. But that is not the end of the torture, the receptionist wasn't sure what she was supposed to do, she spent yet another 10mins ISH consulting with her colleague whilst we were at the check in desk. It is only after around 45 mins later that we managed to move into the new room. But worst of all, we have not received a single apology from anyone in the hotel (even after reporting my complaint). They carried the aura of impatience/cannot be bothered throughout the whole incident.

The view from my room was amazing. The room is spacious and has all amenities. The only issue was the strong smell which I think comes from the old carpet. Location is great, close to the metro and many restaurants.

Wonderful stay at regal, this was my 2nd time in this hotel and everything was perfect.

Spacious and comfortable room with a great location. Convenient for getting around, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel.

We had a perfect stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel! The location is excellent, close to East TST MTR Station, bus stops, Mody Road, K11 MUSEA, the waterfront, Star Ferry, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Very convenient for getting around Hong Kong. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was great. Highly recommended!
