"Pros: -good location -friendly and helpful staff (one of the bellhops was always helpful with a smile) -I liked that they sent check in info via WhatsApp as part of the check in service so that I had it to hand. They also sent a guide of attractions nearby, basic Vietnamese phrases, nearby wellness places and currency exchange places -room had disposable toiletries (even included a disposable razor which was handy) -provided face towels in the bathroom (which not many hotels do!) -room was modern (I liked the touch mirror in the bathroom with different back lighting) Cons -sound proofing is bad. I could hear people walking and talking clearly outside my room -room was relatively clean but dust could be seen in the corner spots Overall, recommended for a short 1-3 days stay Notes: -I booked the smallest room for one person and I could only just manage to open my suitcase and have some space to walk around which is ok for me. For 2 people with suitcases, it would be a real struggle (maybe it’d be ok with backpacks) -I recommend bringing your own slippers"

Always take 20’ taxi to center. -Pool water was very cold. I choose to stay here because of pool, but my kids can’t stand the cold water, even outside celsius was 30degree. We told the reception, but they say they change water once a week on thursday, so getting warm water is impossible. -Noise pollution!!! The heavy trucks and construction noise is heavy! Every bedroom window is to the road, so you can’t escape the noise! I plugged my ear when we stay here for 3 nights! I told the reception to change the room, but they said your 3 bedroom room is only here, so it’s impossible, too! Everything you tell them can’t be fixed."
