Eri Beach & Village Hotel

It's a waste of your money, don't come here calmly. The rooms are old and shabby. The electric cables are visible. The water in the bathroom doesn't go to the drain. The toilet is like a pool. Flies everywhere, there is no protector. Cleaning takes 5 minutes. Everywhere is dirty. The reception is disrespectful and rude. The food is mediocre. No one smiles. The bed covers are not changed. Everything is terrible. Not 4 stars. Maybe 2 stars. The sea is beautiful. The exterior is beautiful. Don't let the photos deceive you. Don't come calmly.

The food is disgusting The hotel is not clean The pool and tiles around the pool are a death trap The staff are rude apart from the animation team We ate out most days as the food was terrible I spent more money on food from the shop for my kids All inclusive ended at 10pm My daughter and wife both cut the feet open on the pool floor it was that dangerous The waterpark tiles are very slippy and the lifeguards spend most of there time sat on there phones not watching what's happening We are a middle class family and even I was ashamed that I booked this for my family Please don't go save your money and try somewhere else Regards

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL BUT A 1* HOTEL !!! Do not recommend at all even if it was for free I would never come back !!! The food was terrible it was everyday the same meals !! After you had eaten their food you will be on the toilet for a good few hours!!! Room service absolutely disgrace not once they came to clean my room, no towels were given and my bedding hasn’t been changed since my arrival !!! This hotel is not “ all inclusive “ as listed you had to pay for cocktails or any other drinks, You had to pay for air conditioning in your rooms and they purposely turn on your heating in your rooms at night !!! Toilets absolutely disgusting and dirty !!! Mosquitoes everywhere !!! This is a place full of mosquitoes that will not leave you even if you bought a mosquito spray !!! Rooms a very outdated the rooms absolutely stink there’s holes everywhere in the rooms!! I cannot express how I feel anymore I am very disappointed the hotel does not look anything like on the photos. Not very nice people at all, very moody and disrespectful. This hotel is very hazardous for children and adults.

I have just got back from a week all inclusive here with 16 other family members and we have all had a great time....the manager is very friendly and very helpful the rooms were always kept clean, food isn’t great but was always something you could have a typical all inclusive style buffet. we read reviews after booking and was dreading it but actually it was pleasantly surprising.. the pools were great not too deep and the slides were fantastic for all the family, some people complained about adjoining doors into another room but we thought this was great has we have a teenager who could have there own room but still be with us. Entertainment of an evening wasn’t the best but the team they have there are brilliant especially Alex he was great fun and always up for a laugh with everyone he made our stay a memorable one.

We arrived at 12.30am to be given warm bottles of water and a map with directions to our room, we immediately had to order a take-away as no snacks available for any late check-ins, the food is at best mediocre, often cold, and it’s the same every meal time with no variation, which resulted in us dining out on various occasions, the hotel is situated at the top of a long steep hill, so it’s a taxi whenever you go out, there’s supposed to be a bus to take you down to the beach, it’s a car that a hotel staff member drives,so invariably there’s long ques. Very few of the hotel staff speak very basic English,There is no entertainment on at all on an evening, so again it’s either early nights or taxi out, the all in-clusive drinks are ouzo, brandy cheap red and white wine and Greek watered down lager. I would not come to this place if offered it free, never again!! If your thinking of booking, I’d seriously re-consider. Photo is sea view from our balcony.

Just returned from ten great days at the Eri Sun Village with my partner. The rooms were newly Renovated, clean and comfortable with ample storage. We had a wonderfull see view. The pool area was fantastic. Huge pool, kids area, plenty of sunloungers, very clean and plenty of shade with lots of activities. They offered a good variety of food at mealtimes and the food was cooked to a good standard. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
