Great staff, excellent room, very good location. We were suprised by how friendly the staff was, how amazing the room was and how many Halal Restourants were close by. Definitley recommend!

Nice and clean hotel. Front desk 小雪is very nice and helpful. Can deliver and collect parcel on behalf of us. Definitely will come here again

Location is ok. About 10 min away from the nearest metro station and it is walking distance to the Beijing street. Other than the bbq smell at night due to bbq shop downstairs, the overall cleanliness is good. They also provide guest laundry where u can wash and dry your clothes which is a good to have.

I really liked the amenities! There was a shuttle that would leave the hotel and drop you off at Kwai Fong every 30 minutes. You could then get picked up from there to go back to the hotel every 30 minutes. Housekeeping was very good! It was clean! They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brush, and toothpaste! The front desk provider is an adapter to charge our phones. There was a laundry room too.

Wow what a pleasant surprise. Updated and modern hotel with spacious rooms and lovely amenities. Located a short stroll away from Beijing Road where there is plenty of shopping and food. A little distant from the train but walkable if you want. Good value hotel popular with domestic tourists. Thank you to hotel staff

My partner and I stayed here. The place was convenien but need to walk a bit to metro. The room was comfortable -- they upgraded us for free as we wanted to check in earlier so that's very much appreciated. There are two laundry machines and one dryer on 2nd floor that worked well

1st impression I got was bad when the unfriendly look on their faces asking what nationality are we. Following by the smell of the room was real bad like the garbage water when we checked in the 1st room. Requested to change another non smoking room which they told us no restriction on smoking in their property (somehow can choose smoking or non smoking room during booking). 2nd room we got also the same, smell bad and we had to purchase the air perfume ourselves to fresher the room. And found out the bad smell came from the water channel in the toilet until the water flooded out and wet the toilet floor. Hope this can help you improve.

This hotel is awesome. The room is extremely clean and suit for two of us. The water in the toilet ran very heavy with very high-tech toilet bowl. Staff are nice and helpful during stayed. The location is very convenient for walk to HaiZhu Square MTR station only a few minute. Food can be found right at opposite of the hotel and 7-11 there…
Overall !!! Pass…
