Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2.3 km, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Rothenegg" 900 m, railway station "Grindelwald Grund" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 900 m, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2.8 km, minigolf 2.5 km, sports centre 2.3 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, cable car 600 m, mountain railway 350 m, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 350 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 1-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position. Very simple and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room, ceiling height 180 cm, Low door height 170 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Small kitchen-/living room (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table, ceiling height 200 cm. Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Patio, south facing position and, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and Eiger. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance.
