We did like the location and the apartment, however we didn’t got the same apartment we booked, but ours was fine too, the only thing I didn’t like that bedrooms are much more smaller than in photos of trip.com, also the receptionist said she didn’t know what trip.com is selling or explaining about the property 🙂

El hotel es correcto, pero tienes que ir a otro hotel cercano a recoger la llave. Mucho ruido por los pasillos, mejor pedir habitación interior ya que las exteriores dan a la calle y por la noche hay mucho follon.

Que siendo una familia con una niña pequeña nos dieron un apartamento en la primera planta exterior con la puerta del local nocturo debajo de la ventana de la habitacion de matrimonio. Con niños pequeños la noche sirve para dormir no por tener la fiesta que te entre por la ventana hasta que el ultimo borracho no deje de cantar! El personal entendió nuestras quejas y nos cambiaron a un apartamento interior. Pero no hay mesa para comer sin tener que salir, enfin los apartamentos son incomodos.

As fotos da publicidade são bonitas, mas quando chegámos ao apartamento tinha um ar sujo. Quando fui tomar banho o duche estava entupido e a água inundou todo o w.c. passando para outra divisão. Experiência péssima. Não aconselho de forma nenhuma.

Quarto amplo e confortavel. Banheiro limpo. Poucos eletrodomesticos e pouca louça para utilização, somente o realmente necessario. Recepção em outro hotel parceiro. Atendimento normal. Localização muito boa com estacionamento pago a pouca distancia. Supermercado, bares e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendo!

Hotel è in posizione super centrale. Dovete andare prima a Piazza Isabella la cattolica dove si trova la sede primaria, proprio alle spalle della statua, e da qui poi vi invieranno con una chiave magnetica alla vostra sede definitiva che si trova nella strada alle spalle. Basta passare la chiave sul sensore e il portone e questo si apre, lo stesso con la porta della camera. Il palazzo è molto bello e l’appartamento perché di questo si tratta è grande. Il nostro era in una mansarda al terzo piano. Era composto da un grande openspace cucina salone con piano cottura, frigo, lavello tavolo, due sedie, divano, tavolinetto e tv. Il bagno senza finestra ma abbastanza grande con vasca e doccia. P.S. nella doccia si scivola facilmente fate attenzione. Camera da letto separata grande con un letto immenso e comodo. E con aria condizionata e tv anche lì. La connessione internet è stata un po' un problema all’inizio perché era di un lento pazzesco. Poi siamo tornati alla sede centrale e ci hanno dato un altro codice di accesso e con quello si volava. Cmq fatevi al faccia tosta e chiedete. Loro sono gentili e disponibili. Si comunica tramite whatsapp. Le pulizie sono giornaliere. Da questo hotel si può vedere tutto il centro a piedi e con tranquillità potete arrivare anche al ponte romano. Silenzioso e nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti di ogni genere e negozi di alimentari. Super consigliato anche se forese troverete gli arredi un po' antiquati e malmessi.

Alojamiento céntrico pero para empezar tienes que ir a recoger las llaves a otro sitio. La situación es súper céntrica pero en una calle estrecha y ruidosa sobre todo los fines de semana porque hay dos pubs junto a los apartamentos y el sonido al pasar los coches es infernal. La dotación del apartamento es más que escasa en cuanto a útiles en la cocina y además no existe ni lavadora ni lavavajillas ni cafetera de cápsulas ni plancha que tuvimos que pedir. La iluminación del apartamento es más propia de un funeral que de un apartamento de pretendida modernidad. Lo único positivo el emplazamiento céntrico y la comodidad de las camas. En definitiva un sitio para no volver
