I was booked as a ALL Platinum end of September. I'm not a big fan of the all-inclusive places you find around here, but my trip was just to come to play some golf. Sadly, received an email 2 weeks ahead of my stay the they were closing earlier and they couldn't host me. Nikolai took great care of doing everything possible to please me in relocating me and yes, to a more luxurious and expensive property at their own cost. I know the Ibis Styles is a new property. And sadly, I couldn't experience it. But the way management took care of the issue and treated me like royalty make me want to thanks them for everything they did.
