"The hotel was well-situated with a good view. There's a bar upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to sit and enjoy a drink in the restaurant, so we went out into the city. The Polish people are very reserved; in fact, they always look quite grumpy. Only a few were open and talkative. Perhaps they aren't very good at English? Breakfast was okay, though there was no bacon or Nutella, and only one slow coffee machine. But once it was fully stocked, everything was fine (you had to arrive before 9 AM to get everything)."

It was clean, fresh, comfortable beds and fantastic service. The food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was lovely. Varied buffet, where the food was often presented in order to always be as fresh as possible. Pancakes with apple filling, yum!"

"The room was quite spacious and generally clean and tidy. I'm not sure if it's because it's a new hotel, but there was a slight smell… Traveling with a friend, I asked the front desk for an extra duvet, and it was delivered very quickly. I slept for ten hours straight. Bliss! The breakfast was also quite substantial, though the coffee was a bit bitter. It's a little pricey, but overall, it's decent."

"Very nice hotel for one or two nights. Small rooms but enough space. Large shower. Very comfortable bed. Tram stop nearby. Easy access to the old town. Żabka just around the corner. Large shopping mall next door. 10 minutes walk to the Wrzeszcz PKP station."

"Hotel Viila Eva is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, Gdansk. The hotel is exactly as it appears on the booking sites. The room we were given is exactly the one in the photos on the website, and it is spacious, welcoming, and well-appointed. The bathroom is large with a truly spacious shower. Everything is new or very recent. The hotel's lounges are very beautiful, and one opens directly onto the garden, which is truly beautiful. The hotel has a restaurant (which we didn't have the chance to try, however), an indoor bar, a breakfast room, and a very well-stocked wine cellar. The breakfasts are excellent and plentiful. It's a shame they don't have croissants, which I love so much, but the rest leaves no room for criticism. The staff is efficient, extremely polite, very helpful, and always smiling. They are truly pleasant and friendly. The hotel also has a convenient outdoor area for smokers and ample parking. Overall, an excellent experience that I would happily repeat. Highly recommended.
