Capri by Fraser, Frankfurt

A/C is weak

I had an outstanding stay at Capri by Fraser, Frankfurt. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious, modern, and spotless rooms. The location was excellent, offering easy access to public transport and the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities were excellent, making the stay comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Frankfurt.

Nice room and decor. Staffs are friendly. They have free refill water bottle station on everything floor so it was nice. Longer walk to the train station than I thought so keep that in mind and the street isn’t busy and next to a construction. Next to a plaza mall, easy to grab stuff when needed. Near the U and the tram 16,17

The first room offered was not clean. But they changed another room for us.

Great location , very clean hotel breakfast is good rooms are big

Very helpful staff, spacious interior spaces, fantastic location next to Skyline Plaza

Everything was good as always. Location is perfect for the messe. Receptionists were so helpful and kind. One them from Peru and other one is from Grace just I couldn’t remember theirs name.

It was a nice experience stay in this hotel. We'll meet you again next year. It's very clean.

Very comfortable, modern, new hotel. I felt welcome every time I walked in the door. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Take note the rooms even have cooking facilities so they're more like serviced apartments. I like that the building is small, so I don't have to take a long lift ride or walk very far to get to my room! The self service laundry facilities are very useful. They even provide detergent pods and have little waiting areas with beanbags and tablets in the laundry room! And there's laundry on every floor so you don't have to share with a lot of people. They have a selection of pillows to choose from. They even have umbrellas to borrow, although it's not advertised. I feel the location isn't very convenient though. The easiest way I found to get to Romer is an 800 m walk to the Frankfurt (Main) Güterplatz tram stop then number 11 tram. The Skyline mall nearby doesn't have many shops, but it has the essentials like a supermarket, pharmacy, and eating places.
