不太好找，打車軟件和谷歌定位都顯示到了，實際不對的，還需要往前走然後下坡。還是本地人幫忙找的，遇到一個女生好心幫我問路。環境很簡陋，住家房子改裝出來的房間，設施都很老舊了，還掉漆。衞生一般，畢竟不是酒店，比不了的。距離公交車站需要走路8分鐘。不容易找公交車站。房東英文不好，怎麼坐車都講不清楚，怎麼回來也不説，我第一次坐車回來繞了一個小時換了3次車。很坑。如果你旅遊的目標是老城，其不去，最好住在老城附近。從這裏到機場不方便，要轉車。拿個行李箱上坡去公交車站很累。

Been here with my son five days in May. Little bit tired furniture but perfectly clean, owner accommodating and always helpfull. He organize whole day boat trip to nearby islands. Location near old town Dubrovnik, quite part of town.Highly reccommended.

The owner is very creepy and pushy. Was enjoying a quiet evening drinking some beers on the terrace by myself. The owner joined me and seemed friendly. He offered me a glass of wine but I told him I was fine with my beer. He still poured me a glass of wine and kept on pushing me to drink it. He just didnt accept no for an answer and was very intimidating. Soon he started telling me how beautiful I was and kept on giving me compliments. I told him several times it made me feel uncomfortable. Because he kept going on I made it an early night and went to my bedroom. My room was in a small corridor and there he was waiting for me begging for hugs and kisses. The corridor was very small so he blocked me the way to my room. Again I had to tell him more then once that I was very uncomfortable. He just told me he really needed a kiss. Thankfully I managed to pass him and reached my room. I travel by myself a lot and never felt unsafe before, but this owner really made me feel unsafe. Didn't dare to go asleep at all, not even with my door locked. Luckily I was there for just one night. Checked myself out in the middle of the night, just to make sure not to encounter him again. Also I was not happy with the communication with the guesthouse before my arrival. The reservations are handled through an agency but they didnt respond at all on my questions. Furthermore the bathroom is terrible. Very small and doesnt even had a sink to brush your teeth. I dont recommand this place and definitely not for women travelling by themselves.
