Cosmo Hotel Palace

The hotel is really beautiful and cheap. The problem is a lil bit far from the center. And the neighborhood is not so good. But overall, the staffs are nice.

It's a nice hotel, but it's very far from the center and quite old. The reception staff can't cope with the crowds

Really nice hotel. Clean, modern, and not too far from the city centre. Nearby public transport so easy to get to from the airport

The location is a bit remote to Milan Central but the service and rooms are very good

I love the food from grill bar. The staff is helpful and the food is very nice!

The establishment was old, you can hear noise from next rooms. First day sink was jammed. Called the maintenance and fixed. Breakfast was good, location also good.

Staff is ok but the initial room we got had a draining problem in the bathtub, which staff helped to change our room. Yet the room that we were changed to has no proper amenities, like water boiler. I didn’t expect a 4-star hotel has none of that and only one bedside table and one reading lamp for a 2-person separate bedding room,,, location is a bit remote though it is expected.

Everything , the receptionist was very friendly

Fantastic stay!! Highly recommended !! Cheers
