Golden Age hotel

Very lovely modern european hotel with great furnishing and service staff. In-room breakfast and tea lent a luxurious finishing touch. Hotel staff is very responsive on wechat.

I am very satisfied with my stay this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to travel and eat. The first feeling when entering the door is cleanliness and neatness, The floors and corridors of the public areas are spotless, and the cleanliness of the guest rooms is particularly good. The beds are flat and dry, and there is no odor in the bed linens. The bathroom sink, mirror, and floor are all wiped clean, and there is no dust at the corners. The toiletries are neatly arranged. The room is well-equipped and well-maintained, the air conditioner and TV work smoothly, the hot water comes out quickly and the water temperature is stable, the WiFi speed is also very fast, and there is no problem with watching dramas while working. The room is well-lit, opening the window for ventilation is very comfortable, the overall environment is quiet, and you can rest undisturbed at night. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. They responded promptly to any requests and provided attentive and thoughtful service.

I have visited Chengdu with a tour group before, so I have a good impression of Chengdu. So in April 2026, I came to Chengdu again and specially chose the Golden Age Hotel. The environment is very stylish, and the butler's service is also very good. I arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock in the evening. I sent them a message downstairs, and they came directly downstairs to pick me up. I had a big suitcase, and the girls were really strong. They even brought me a special exquisite breakfast this morning, but I forgot to take a photo. The butler is really attentive and does a particularly good job. The location of the hotel is also very good. The only thing I think is that there is a iron plate road at the hotel entrance, which affects the quality of the hotel. There is also no elevator, so it may be a bit difficult for elderly people to stay. Overall, it's not bad。

Good location for shopping and cafe hopping. Many things to buy as souvenir. Near MTR station. Happy to visit again. Price is good. Value for money. Afternoon tea and breakfast—in room dining. Interesting experience.

Location was very good, walking distance to chunxi road and TakooLi, even the train station is like 5mins walk. The breakfast was great and they do serve high tea from 3-7pm which we get to try once. Also,thanks for the complimentary birthday cake during my stay in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the common areas had a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to meet other travellers. The location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. I especially appreciated how the team went the extra mile to make everyone feel at home. Excellent service - front desk was very helpful and friendly. They offered to carry our luggage, provide travel recommendations and even offered water upon checkout. The stay is very quiet and comfortable, we also enjoyed the unique design of the hotel. The location is very convenient - within walking distance to IFS and Tai Koo Li.

The location is perfect just a short walk through an alley to IFS and taikooli. The design of the hotel absolutely stole my heart. Definitely the most instagrammable hotel in Chengdu! The room is very clean and environment is quiet. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially 小郭店长 and 小王管家. They answer all the questions we had before arrival. They also help to carry luggages from the entrance of the hotel to our room. They even upgraded our rooms on our arrival. We had too many parcels that they helped us to collect and return. We had our breakfast in the room and the food was delicious.
