Great service and perfect venue for wedding, guests and their families! Food was great and the general vibe was very nice. Get the preferred ( look for Jorge.. he is the keys to happiness) if possible and room service with the family was very nice. Nice gym and very close walk to the water taxi to Isla which I highly recommend.

Jessica from the rooftop is the best human ever- she is so kind and welcoming and truly makes a difference to your stay. The whole preferred staff was wonderful- from check-in check out to the servers on the rooftop- Dania especially but also Sergio and alexi. Also the manager of blue water who loves Chelsea football team and the main waiter there, I apologize I don’t recall their names. The manager of preferred Maria were all wonderful as well as Rosa and Omar.

I don’t know where to begin with the amazing stay we had at Dreams Vista ! From the moment we arrived we were treated with so much attention and everyone was so helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and my 30th birthday, and it was the week of our dreams. Everyday at the preferred pool everyone was so hospitable. They made sure we had fabulous drinks and a beautiful view. Jessica by the pool made sure everyday was so special for us. The lunch/ breakfast staff and the dinner staff at the preferred restaurant were FANTASTIC! Bernardo, Richard, Marina, and Edgar were amazing and always made our meals such an experience. The hostess cielo was always seating us in our favorite spot, and the chef Heriberto made us special lunches and dinner. The lunch/ Breakfast staff made us feel like family and were so welcoming. The spa was an incredible experience as well. Thank you dreams vista for having such an amazing staff and really making our get away one to never forget. Can’t wait to see you all soon!
