Location: Close to the airport. Well-kept (tourist) area. Lush. Many bars and restaurants. Italian-themed restaurant on the ground floor. Exit entrance . Right on the beachwalk, beach and sea. Exit and take a left, left up one block for bike rental 6E per day. (Located on a corner) Friendly man from central europe. Well-maintained bike path all the way to Palma/Cathedral. Walk, bike, swim, handicap friendly beach close. Bus stop close by. Between "festivities" we found the area adult-y and quiet in a nice way late at evenings. Hotel: Very nice, only three floors, entrance through the restaurant. Not a multiroom hotell. Nice professional man at the reception upon arrival. Quick response on fault reports and engaged handyman. (Balcony door jammed and safe didn't work. We changed room. OK.) Hotel Rooms: Easy-to-clean room - important when many people share space. BEDS COMFORTABLE. The bedding well thought out. Not so much extra fabric that just gets moved around and collect dust. Blackout curtains. WATER PRESSURE GREAT. You can use the hotel's hygiene products with lovely scent. Balcony with two chairs and small table. Extends the room. Open wardrobe wide enough so you can have an open suitcase in it. (We felt the room were to small to unpack all of our multiactivity clothes.) Loose hangers that are easy to use. I dislike those who are stuck in a ring. Well thought-out lights. Refrigerator easily accessible (Heated the shelves around it though) . Hang-knobs in the hallway. Floor 1. You may be a little disturbed by fluorescent lights from the restaurant and street lights if you want to see the sea in the dark. Maybe move sideways to another room or upwards if possible. We just hanged our towels to block some light and view from the walkway.

Stunning location and very modern, clean and minimalistic rooms. You can easily reach the hotel by buss from Palma and it is a short walk from the busstation to the hotel. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and there is a lot of nice restaurants and bars in different priceranges with the sea in front of you. The bathroom was spacious and also included a nice basket of schampoo, conditioner, soaps etc which gives and extra touch. The beds were very comfortable, even the extra third one. Would like the AC to be fully working even though it is november since the room was very hot due to it's location with facing the sun all day. We didn't try breakfast or the menu in the restaurant but the pizzas looked amazing. Will definatly return!

Fantastic and renewed hotel in the very forefront of the beach. Clean and beautiful room, with an impressive full 180º seaside view! The best italian Pizza oven in the area, just crossing the street from the beach. The service and all the personnel very really kind and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful stroll along de Paseo Marítimo and the sun beds resting time in beautiful, clean and services equiped Palma beach.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. It’s located by the sea and 5 minutes drive to airport. Easy access to Palma by bus, just 2 minutes walk. Best bits are the location, cross the road and you’re on the most beautiful beach! Plenty of eating and drinking options around. Incredible sea views from the balcony and the room is spacious. I stayed in a sea view with balcony room so I was able to see the sunset every evening! What really makes this hotel is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite and professional. I would like to particularly thank Paulina. Her kindness and warmth made me feel right at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
