What a wonderful hotel! A credit to the Travelodge Company with staff and accommodation. We were warned that there was some refit works taking place when we booked earlier in the month so we did consider going elsewhere but as this hotel was the nearest to our family we decided not to and we needn't have worried anyway. Friendly, very clean and comfortable. I do think sometimes people forget that they're booking a 2 star accommodation and expect a 7 star hotel

don't use this travelodge at the moment - smells and noise prevalent - really bad experience - water warm at best

Had a good stay, bed comfortable and great placement of hotel for going around caernarfon and llanberis, the hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment and I was given one of the newly refurbished rooms, only thing I would say is that the tv in the room isn't the biggest but didn't spend too much time in the room anyway so wasn't really an issue. Staff also very good and helpful with information on the area.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past and never had a problem with it so have just been back for a short stay. The hotel is currently being totally refurbished. Our room was huge, it had been newly decorated, new carpets and curtains, it was only finished 3 days earlier and it was brilliant! (Only letdown was the tiny television which wasn't very watchable when it was about 5m away!) The hotel is in an excellent location near the marina and castle, and only a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Two big car parks within very easy walking distance too.

Very happy with my recent stay. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The hotel was very quiet outside and inside. The wifi (which I paid for £3 per 24hours for) was excellent. With other hotels like premier inn the wifi even when you pay for ultimate is poor and phone signal gets blocked. Stayed for business and will definitely be booking again.

Hotel was clean, reception is on the 1st floor which is a little Odd, staff was pleasant, great location to have a good look around Caernarfon, A couple of restaurants on the Marina to choose from too!

The hotel was peaceful, sparklingly clean and I slept like a log during my two night stay. Highly recommended. Excellent location

I had great time at this place and would definitely recommend it. I offered to pay for extra laundry due to juice spill on bed however the staff was kind enough to let me checkout without extra payment. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
