Estava bom , o tempo a que não ajudou

Following an accident that meant I was unable to ski, we decided on a trip to Madeira over New Year. Whilst researching, I was captivated by the beautiful island of Porto Santo that I had never heard of. We got the ferry over and stayed at the Vila Baleria Suites. The location is absolutely perfect fronting onto the must incredible (and quiet) beach you could imagine. There are few paradise islands that could compete!! We had a wonderful few days exploring the island on e-bikes, diving and sampling some exceptional food (Torres Restaurant was epic). The Vila Baleria group are investing heavily in the locality with new accommodation under construction. There was a mix up with the bill, but here is the thing. Mistakes always happen however careful you are. How you address them defines a business? Bruno Martins the general manager and Goncalo Teixeira were exceptional and define customer service. Thank you to both and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We booked the hotel and paid online. Afterwards got an email which said restaurant was closed for renovations. I explained to them that my husband is a 100% disabled veteran and we can’t go 600+ meters to restaurant. They offered me to cancel and won’t change. They absolutely charged me and now playing a game. Very sad to have make money with people’s disabilities. I can not recommend.

I am currently enjoying my last full day at the hotel with my family. It was the ideal location and hotel to spend family holidays with a 3-year old toddler. The hotel itself is conveniently located a few meters away from the beach. The apartments were renovated recently and are well equipped with 2 lcd big screen tvs and AC. The bed itself is super comfortable and there’s a sofa bed which is handy. All of the ambience is super relaxed and calm. All of the staff at the reception, bars and restaurant is very friendly and welcoming, always doing their best to accommodate their guests. Just to give one example, one of the pool bar attendants went to the breakfast kitchen (which was closed in the afternoon) just to get a yogurt for our toddler. We also had an issue with our room and were promptly given the option to move. The meals are one of the best things in this hotel. Every lunch there are freshly grilled fish and meat options by the pool. They also have other a-la-carte options throughout the day. Dinner is superb, every night a different 3 course gourmet meal, served at the restaurant. They cater different meals for the kids as well, if necessary. The all inclusive plus option is definitely worthy, because it gives us access to all of this and much more, like access to the spa, sun beds at the beach and late checkout (still to be seen tomorrow). For those who look for more animation and fun, there’s full access to the Vila Baleira Hotel which is at a walking distance. I definitely will recommend Vila Baleira Suites to my friends and family, and hope to return in the future.

Vila Baleira Suites o Paraíso na Ilha Dourada! Hotel confortável e com localização fantástica… funcionários muito simpáticos, acolhedores e prestáveis. As suites são confortáveis, apetrechadas de kichinete. A limpeza diária é perfeita e atenta. Pequeno almoço variado e muito saboroso… o almoço na piscina é composto por grelhados (peixe e carne) saladas, legumes e à sobremesa existe sempre a opção de frita ou doce. Os jantares são divinais e são servidos com muito requinte, acompanhados pela simpatia dos funcionários! Espaço exterior cuidado, a piscina limpa e tratada diariamente. Parabéns Vila Baleira pela melhoria permanente, em busca do estado de perfeição para ofertar aos clientes uma experiência inesquecível de conforto, qualidade e tranquilidade! A esposa e eu ficamos no *Vila Baleira Suites*, gostamos muito da localização do hotel já que está “longe” do centro, há más tranquilidade e espaço para desfrutar da praia. Linda estrutura composta por pequenos mini-apartamentos no mesmo prédio. Estadia bastante agradável, num hotel com uma localização excelente, na primeira linha da praia, com funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A nossa experiência foi com pensão completa o que achámos bastante interessante e positivo pois tínhamos à nossa disposição o bar da praia, o snack bar, onde também eram feitos os almoços e onde durante a tarde era possível comer/beber qualquer coisa depois de um mergulho... Pequeno almoço com qualidade, diversidade excelente equipe. A área da piscina com bar/restaurante “Ilheu” é muito agradável onde podemos almoçar à base de grelhados de carne e peixe sempre bem acompanhados com legumes e Saladas. As refeições foram feitas na maioria no Baleira suites mas também experimentamos buffet do Baleira hotel, uma vez que podíamos fazer as refeições em qualquer hotel do grupo, o que não nos impressionou. Sem dúvida o suites foi a melhor opção. Sem quer descriminar todo restante Staff não posso de dar uma agradecimento especial senhor Abner pela dedicação, amor e profissionalismo a sua profissão . A praia é fantástica, podendo ser acedida diretamente a partir da zona da piscina, que se estende por toda a extensão da ilha, zona tranquila sem entretenimento. Uma outra mais-valia foi, sem dúvida, a do transporte gratuito do hotel até ao centro, e vice-versa, numa viatura para o efeito (pois optámos por não levar carro) e, no dia do check-out, pudemos permanecer na unidade hoteleira até à hora embarque. No geral adorámos a localização, o espaço e a atenção e preocupação em dar resposta aos nossos pedidos e portanto iremos voltar com toda a certeza! Recomendamos vivamente!
